The celestial week of July 21, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in regal Leo illuminating an opportunity to breathe life into creation with the power of joy and self-expression which has the power to unconsciously imprint the collective consciousness of humanity.

Meanwhile, the Moon is scaling a mountain of emotions in earthy Capricorn relative to health, daily routines, and career goals. The Moon is aided by Saturn the CEO of Capricorn as it retrogrades in watery Pisces to project the right image to obtain success with business partners and investors.

Whereas, Jupiter the daily ruler of Pisces is in Taurus and lends supportive encouragement to become self-sufficient with a sense of at-one-ment with all forms of life with redefined values, courtesy of Venus retrograde in Leo.

Fortunately, the Moon’s interactions with Uranus in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn add to the opportunities for a very productive day relative to finances, career, and emotional stability.

Just before the day ends, the Moon flashes into lightning-quick and unpredictable Aquarius on an eerily quiet note as Saturn the daily ruler of Aquarius is moving backward through the unconscious depths of Pisces.

However, make no mistake, it is merely the quiet before the emotionally chaotic storm brewing within makes landfall! The caveat is that Aquarius energy is similar to lightning flashing across the sky, you never know when or where it will occur and the power it has to destroy whatever is in its path without blinking an eye of its emotionally detached “whatever” nature!

Whereas, Uranus the transcendental CEO of Aquarius is positioned in steadfast, determined Taurus to assist with picking up the pieces after the storm blows through, with a gentle intuitive insight to look within for the value of experiences, to glean the hidden gold within.

As the Moon’s first planetary encounter is with Mercury in Virgo, the Moon may have a tendency to get on the nerve of Mercury’s job to ascertain accountability of emotional outbursts that are deemed unnecessary and interfere with necessary routines related to work the next day, like sleep!

As the Moon continues to travel through Aquarius on August 1, it is wise to buckle up after lunch for a bumpy ride of attitude adjustments as the full lunar phase occurs with the Sun in fearless Leo. Afterward, challenges follow regarding relationships and financial resources during the next couple of days as fall out from the full moon illumination.

The key to moving through this emotional rollercoaster of energy without going off the tracks is to utilize the art of negotiation, compromise, and clear communication about priorities without sweating the small stuff or creating an unnecessary emotional drama-trauma!

By the end of the day, Mercury in Virgo can help stabilize the aftershocks of the full moon with simple but well-thought-out solutions and strategies as it opposes Saturn retrograde in Pisces. As Saturn is retrograde in Pisces, there is more than likely minimal pushback. In fact, Saturn is probably secretly delighted that someone else is taking care of business for now, as it takes a much-needed and deserved vacation!

On the evening of August 2, the Moon slips into the unfathomable depths of unconscious Pisces as it retreats from the recent emotional turbulence of the past couple of days for some well-deserved relief! So, now is a great time to indulge in some temporary, healthy escapism with soothing music, meditation, water activities, and/or alternative healing modalities of Reiki, massage, and hypnosis to rejuvenate body, soul, and spirit from the physical, mental, and emotional stress of the oppressive heat that has taken its toll.

The caveat is that Mars the supervisor in charge of Aries is moving through mentally hardworking Virgo, and has already made a list of tasks and errands for the weekend, so forewarned is forearmed, so plan ahead to make it a get-away weekend instead!

The celestial week of July 24, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in majestic Leo to assume its rightful throne in the sky, illuminating an opportunity to creatively start something with joy and love or with fear and worry that can affect many others in a metaphorical epidemic.

However, the caveat is that whatever energy is sent out always returns to the sender, so a demonstration of ruling oneself with love, courage, and dignity will reap the rewards from and through others, grandstanding with the pride of the ego may lead to a personal downfall. It is the distinct difference between a charismatic leader with the ability to conquer the world with grace so the world bows at its feet, or having it crumble around you with the arrogance of ruling the world for the sake of ruling it, without caring for the world that gave the power to do so.

An esteemed friend Tre Gray, shared his best analogy for the Sun in Leo as relative to the relationship of Mufassa and Scar in the movie, the Lion King, which sums up the difference between the generous, courageous, and regal nature of the Sun in Leo, or the deadly hunter who covertly stalks its prey without regard for the sacrifice of life to satisfy its fearful nature. It is human nature to have both options available, yet it is also human nature to consciously choose which of those options is for the highest good of all concerned.

Meanwhile, the Moon is moving gracefully through fair-minded Libra at fifteen degrees with a realization that the same emotional cycle of events and energy appears to be repeating itself relative to resources, self-values, and relationships. Yet, fifteen degrees is a half-way point to consciously transforming self-values to achieve an emotional balance.

The caveat is that Venus the queenly ruler of Libra had just begun to reverse direction in Leo, so circumstances and events since June 19, 2023, are up for review regarding changes that were being considered and are now being reconsidered relative to their value.

Thus, the key to moving through the changes is to embrace the temporary hiatus to reevaluate the quality of resources and relationships, to determine if your self-values are attracting twenty-four-carat or ten-carat gold.

If the quality of attraction is less than desired, now is a time to clean off the accumulated tarnish of negative thoughts, behaviors, and self-values during the next six weeks without indulging in creative drama trauma! Otherwise, you may find that your audience has vacated the premises!

The emotional climate begins to shift on July 25, as the Moon steals silently into the secretive emotional terrain of Scorpio to stir up the emotional pain of the past for resolution. The caveat is that every time the pain is remembered as an emotional defense mechanism, it is also self-inflicted torture that becomes anchored into present experiences. The key and the power of the Scorpio Moon is to determine what needs to be learned from the past and integrate those lessons in a positive mindset to release the negative emotions associated with the past, so you can get on with a new way of life!

The first encounter that the Moon in Scorpio experiences is a first-quarter phase with the Sun in Leo later in the afternoon, so emotional challenges may arise over control issues regarding financial affairs which requires active communication to resolve. The caveat is that the energy of Scorpio and Leo is characterized as stubborn and determined once a position is taken with neither backing down, so the communication needs to be qualified as what can be improved upon, instead of what is wrong.

On the midmorning of July 24, Mercury in Leo joins Venus retrograde in Leo for an opportunity to find the metaphorical gold of past relationships to recover the valuable resources of loving oneself with an open and trusting heart, redefined self-values, and an attitude of gratitude for the gift of love to oneself and others!

Later in the evening, the Moon jumps into fiery Sagittarius with the emotional optimism for a new adventure or at least a party! So, if you can manage to start the weekend off early, go for it! It may be just what is needed to shake off the weight and the heat of the past few days for some well-deserved emotional relief!

Just as the work day ends on July 28, Mercury moves into work-related Virgo, so starting the weekend off early may be a great strategy to avoid working over the weekend, as plans may go sideways unpredictably!

The celestial week of July 17, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in instinctively reactive Cancer illuminating an opportunity to emotionally realize that one is either, “giving away power” to avoid the responsibility of it or accepting it with the responsible leadership and accountability that goes with it.

As the Moon is the CEO of Cancer and is also submerged in an emotional pond of sensitive vulnerable feelings in a balsamic phase to the Sun in Cancer, the key is to consciously let go of what you feel is your responsibility for others and realign your emotional energy to utilize your personal power to focus on the responsibility to yourself with the faith of potential opportunities materializing on the horizon.

Otherwise, potential confrontations with others may occur over a projection or rejection of authoritative power. Underlying the balsamic lunar phase is a yod configuration qualified as the “finger of God” between the shadow of Venus in Leo going retrograde on July 22, Neptune retrograde in Pisces, and Pluto retrograde in Capricorn.

As a result, the energy of the yod symbolizes an opportunity to embrace a period of transformation relative to self-values, worth, resources, and how one relates to all areas of life, which may require a spiritual attitude adjustment regarding the awareness of unconsciously creating personal reality by default, as well as an attitude adjustment from Pluto in Capricorn about subconsciously dealing with inner issues and thoughts about things that feel out of control and influenced by unknown forces.

However, the blessing of the yod configuration lies in setting the ego of Venus in Leo aside and humbly remembering that a greater power lies within to consciously create a desired reality with power, grace, and gratitude when the little will is surrendered to a greater good for all.

While this week is a preview of this opportunity, it will be in effect until Aug 5th and will then resurface during the first week of October as a reality check or progress report of how well you have done.

Later in the afternoon, the Moon in Cancer catches up with the Sun in Cancer in a unified cycle of emotionally tenacious energy to take actions based on emotions with no attachment to the unfoldment of the outcome regarding the intentions of the recent solar eclipse cycle of April 19, 2023. The key to taking this emotional leap of faith is to pay attention to the gut feeling that comes from a subconscious emotional impulse as a psychic message to move forward.

Before the day ends, the Moon dances into heart-warming emotionally generous Leo to gracefully solicit support for the actions taken with a dazzling, charismatic smile before it joins Mercury and Venus to create an opportunity that increases financial gain through social media and networking.

However, Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus may have the final say before releasing funds or investing resources without qualified research, a well-executed business plan, and a written guarantee that ensures a bountiful return of value. While, WC Fields quoted, “If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit” that strategy will likely fall short of the intended result if applied!

During the noon hour of July 20, the Moon moves swiftly into conscious and mentally adept Virgo with an emotional mindset to cut through the grandstanding chase with facts and statistics that may have the effect of throwing cold water and a screeching halt to over the top expenditures without prior discussion or approval. The business attitude of the Moon in Virgo to trim the financial fat is currently supported by the cautious and pragmatic earth signs of Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus, Mars in Virgo, and Pluto retrograde in Capricorn.

Later in the afternoon, Mars in Pisces opposes Saturn retrograde in Pisces for an accounting of a seemingly lackadaisical business attitude that has allowed important business decisions to fall through the cracks. While the illumination may cause some embarrassment to the reputation of CEOs, it will not soften the blow of long-term repercussions.

The workweek ends with the Sun in Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn with an illumination of what needs to be balanced with cooperation regarding the responsibilities of the home front and the achievement of career goals to avoid unnecessary confrontations, challenges, and attitude adjustments when the Sun moves into Leo and Venus goes retrograde on July 22.

The celestial week of July 10, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally protective Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to seek nurturing emotional sustenance to nourish and heal unconscious insecurities rooted in fear of the past taking shape into present experiences.
The caveat is that in order to heal unconscious fears, they must become conscious. Therefore, the Sun’s position in vulnerable Cancer is a valuable time of emotional illumination to cultivate the ability to respond to irritational fears by recognizing that they only exist in the mind as a projection of the past into present and future time.

The ruler of Cancer energy is the Moon and is currently speeding through impatient Aries with an opportunity to embody the mother within to heal and release the heavy burden of the expectations of others to care for them and indulge in personal emotional self-care.

Whereas, Mars the planetary ruler of Aries is finishing up a visit in glorious Leo with an opportunity to demonstrate unconditional love for oneself with values of gold that nourish and validate the inner child’s creativity, and self-worth with gratitude for the gift of life.

Shortly after sunrise, Mars moves into mentally hard-working. methodical and meticulous Virgo with a mindset to get this show on the road! Thus, out comes the list of intentions and goals considered in the new year for action! Whether it relates to spiritual, mental, physical, or emotional health, the next several weeks are primed for improvement!

The key is to set the intentions, put forth the effort, and affirm positive results without a critical analysis of the results as they are being produced. The key is to utilize information received from emotional feelings as constructive feedback relative to the current progress of transforming personal reality as a responsible and powerful CEO of life.

As both planets are positioned at the twenty-ninth degree of mastery, the feedback will arrive as to whether you emotionally respond or react with power when confronted with authoritative energy attempting to control outcomes with manipulative behaviors or agendas.

Then, just before sunset, the Moon meanders into calm and gentile Taurus with an opportunity to unwind the emotional tension of the day with a savory meal and gratitude for the simple pleasures of life as the Sun paints the sky with glorious shades of color as it begins to retire for the evening.

Shortly before the day ends, Mercury saunters into regal Leo with a commanding presence that communicates power and strength without words. Thus, the challenge lies in choosing to ignore the attention by feigning sleep or giving in to the demand in order to get some peaceful sleep! No doubt it is an underlying challenge to determine who is in control at the moment!

Another challenging exchange of energy occurs over breakfast on July 12, as the Sun in Cancer may seek emotional nurturing that irritates the frustrations of Chiron in Aries who is racing out the door for some “me” time! Later, during lunch, the North Node begins to travel backward into Aries for the next couple of years, opening a doorway to pursue one’s individual destiny of independence, which may be similar to the circumstances of 2004. Therefore, changes are on the horizon regarding personal desires that seem to require immediate and urgent action. The caveat is that individual desires may become counterproductive to relationships, career ambitions, and home and family matters. The key is to resist throwing the baby out with the bathwater!

The celestial week of July 3, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in comforting emotional Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to rise above the illusion of separation from a Higher Power that is within. As Dane Rudhyar stated about the twelfth degree of Cancer, “The promise to all men that God may take birth within their souls.” (1)

Meanwhile, the ruler of Cancer is the Moon and is traveling through fatherly Capricorn symbolizing an opportunity to go after life’s goals through Saturn in spiritually artistic Pisces. Since Saturn is currently retrograde in Pisces, Jupiter the daily ruler of Pisces takes over in values-conscious Taurus with compassionate understanding and caring towards oneself and others providing the courage to master one’s powerful energies to expand and manifest hopes, wishes, and dreams that will stand the test of time and financial success.

Whereas, Neptune the transcendental CEO of Pisces has also just gone retrograde in Pisces, so it remains in the background with unconscious emotions rising up as an illumination of what is usually obscure for attention. The caveat with Neptune retrograde is that clarity is easier to perceive than when it is direct, so until December 2023, what has been unconsciously hidden will likely be consciously revealed.

Adding to the heighted illumination is a full lunar phase that occurs shortly after sunrise as the Moon in Capricorn opposes the Sun in Cancer. Thus, the traditional mother/father roles are reversed as the Moon in Capricorn is focused on responsible career goals while the Sun in Cancer is emotionally concerned with home and family matters. Yet, the energetic shift of the full moon is also an opportunity to balance the scales of relating as roles and responsibilities are unconsciously swapped, as masculine energy prepares to man the grill, while feminine energy pays the bills!

Shortly after noon on July 4th, the Moon zooms into eclectic and unpredictable Aquarius on a wing and a prayer to demonstrate an electrifying sparkly show of patriotic prideful celebrations!

This particular holiday celebration may be highly significant as to the turn of coming events in 2023-2024 for the United States relative to the principles of freedom that the country was founded on, as a solar return for the USA occurs later in the evening with a reminder that freedom and liberty are worth standing up and fighting for.

On July 6 during the noontime hour, the emotional energy settles down as the Moon begins to drift behind the scenes to join Saturn and Neptune in imaginative, dreamy Pisces. Just when it seemed like the work routines would start to normalize, the focus of energy seems to evaporate into thin air in anticipation of the upcoming weekend!

However, Jupiter the daily ruler of Pisces is positioned in steadfast Taurus and is firmly focused on financial matters, which is likely a good investment of time and energy as Venus the CEO of Taurus is moving through the shadow of an upcoming retrograde cycle in Leo on July 22.

As Venus governs financial resources as well as relating, it is wise to heed the conservative advice of Jupiter in Taurus now and refrain from making purchases that may have to be returned, or less than the advertised value. Just because it is shiny, does not mean that it is gold!

All in all, this workweek may not be as productive as it could be, which often happens when a holiday happens during the week, as the momentum required to accomplish routine tasks falls short of expectations.
