Cosmic Insights – September 25, 2023

The celestial week of September 25, 2023, begins with the Sun rising through the rays of harmonious airy Libra, illuminating an opportunity to let go of the past regarding resources and relationships with a whole new consciousness or sense of reality with new perspectives and realizations.
Venus, the planetary ruler of charming Libra is currently moving out of the shadow in queenly Leo with a sense of detachment from what or who is being released relative to the illumination projected by the Sun in Libra. While the opportunity is present to release the past, it isn’t all love and roses as Venus is involved in a current yod configuration with Mars in Libra and Neptune in Pisces. The encounter with Mars in Libra enhances the opportunity while the interaction with Neptune retrograde in Pisces requires an attitude adjustment to see through the smoke and mirror illusions that all is not what it appears to be. The interaction between the two has a quality of hope about the potential emotional tide changing from what is desired in a romantic interlude to the reality of what it is.
Meanwhile, the Moon is assisting the letting go process around friendships, romance, children, hopes, wishes, and dreams as it is flying through emotionally detached Aquarius on a wing and a prayer. As the Moon in Aquarius is currently interacting favorably with the Sun in Libra, the opportunity to release anything or anyone with unconditional love, faith, and peace to a higher power for the highest good will open doors to experience the manifestation of the outcome, although it may come in a totally different way that originally presupposed.
Therefore, utilizing the consciousness of positive thoughts and values of the purpose of the desired manifestation is similar to creating a kite that can get off the ground with enough string to take the freedom of flight to a higher and greater destination by allowing it to go into an unintended direction!
On the evening of September 26, the lunar energy subtly shifts as the Moon slips below the surface of oceanic Pisces to dwell on dreams of romantic fantasies of being rescued by a soul mate for eternal life experiences. While the Moon in Pisces has a surreal and fated quality to it that can appear to magically pull reality out of thin air, its first planetary encounter occurs with Saturn retrograde in Pisces which may bring the Moon in Pisces swimming back to shore to emotional safety instead of continuing to drift off into unknown and illusionary destinations.
Thus, the next couple of days may become emotionally uncomfortable as the Moon in Pisces encounters attitude adjustments about relationships and resources. However, all ends well before the Moon leaves Pisces as Neptune and Pluto lend assistance to release resistance to letting go of romantic illusions to experience an internal powerful transformation to be a CEO of personal reality!
On the evening of September 28, the Moon charges into Aries with racing hoofs as it impatiently faces off with the Sun and Mars in Libra about personal emotional desires taking priority over relationship agendas of control and manipulation through a seemingly innocent ploy of cooperation. As the Moon in Aries is emotionally reactive without warning, it may be best to let sleeping dogs lie until the weekend is over! Otherwise, you may be spending it alone as the Moon in Aries demands personal me time to escape the agendas of relating without starting an unnecessary war of conflicts!

The celestial week of September 18, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in service-oriented Virgo, illuminating an opportunity to go about routines with a simplicity that speaks of silence and devotion for the sacred gift of life. Whereas, Mercury the director in charge of Virgo energy has just begun moving forward in Virgo and is eager to sit behind the scenes to project creative plans into the future.
As Virgo energy is often characterized as a hermit, it is an appropriate opportunity to utilize some alone time to quietly contemplate the messages of the shifting energy of the past couple of months before making a decision about the current path to follow in regard to service to oneself and/or others.
Meanwhile, the Moon has just slithered into powerful Scorpio with a potent emotional desire to embody simple ideals related to the cycles of life, and whether personal relationships continue to mirror similar patterns of the past. The reflection of the past offers a ray of hope to transform unhealthy habits fueled by unconscious negative emotions with conscious responsible choices and behaviors.
The subtle insights that surface from the subconscious during the next day or so are a subtle warning on the emotional radar screen as the moon transverses the deep murky waters of Scorpio that matters of cooperation are on the horizon regarding financial resources, relationships of the heart, and emotional feelings held close to the vest on September 19, as the Moon in Scorpio opposes Jupiter retrograde in Taurus while squaring off with Venus in Leo. The caveat is that Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio are all fiercely determined to hold their chosen position without giving an inch.
However, the Sun in Virgo is also opposing Neptune retrograde in Pisces at the same time, so cooperation is required to balance conscious mental and verbal communication with unconscious emotions. As the Sun is the most powerful entity in the planetary reality, it will hold reign over the rest until they fall in line with a workable solution, unless they want to feel the scorching wrath of the Sun’s heat in critical, get to the point Virgo!
Fortunately, a huge emotional shift of energy occurs in the mid-morning of September 20, as the Moon begins to blaze an emotional trail of optimism about anything in general before Jupiter the CEO of Sagittarius attempts to put out that fire with good intentional caution as it retrogrades in earthy Taurus. Yet, Jupiter has no luck with its current planetary status, so it engages Saturn retrograde in Pisces which is also ineffective in getting the Moon’s attention with its current position of watered-down authority.
Now, the Moon in Sag only has to get past the critical perception of Mercury in Virgo’s no-nonsense attitude about getting something accomplished before meeting up with Mars in Libra and Venus in Leo for an emotional adventure of fun, conversation, and mischief!
On the afternoon of September 22, the lunar landscape changes significantly as the Moon moves into authoritative business-oriented Capricorn, so it would be wise to leave after that fun meeting instead of going back to work. Otherwise, the weekend may become a working weekend with last-minute business meetings and conference calls to cover what wasn’t covered during the recent Moon in Sagittarius’s laid-back party attitude!
Fortunately, the Moon in Capricorn has the support of Pluto retrograde in Capricorn, Jupiter, and Uranus retrograde in Taurus, Saturn retrograde in Pisces, and the Sun and Mercury in Virgo to tackle the list of priorities with well-thought-out ideas, information, and details to get it done quickly and efficiently with precision and power!
In the early hours of September 23, the Sun enters politically correct and charming Libra as it announces the Autumn Equinox and the full phase of the current solar year. Thus, the celestial wheel of the year has reached the halfway point and the second harvest of intentions that were chosen at the recent Spring Equinox. As a result, the next forty-five days will be a demonstration of the flowering of those intentions as a result of the quality of the seeds chosen and the care given to them up to this point. The key is there is still time to salvage the harvest of the intentions if they have not yielded an anticipated bountiful crop to enjoy and share. If the harvest is plentiful, there is evidence that seed thoughts, intentions, and caring actions were in alignment, so take good Virgo notes so the process can be repeated and expanded!

The celestial week of September 11, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in consciously analytical Virgo illuminating an opportunity to heal the mental trauma of the emotional past by releasing it without competing with the emotions it brings forward.
Mercury, the director in charge of Virgo is moving to a stationary position in Virgo symbolizing a concentration of mental energy and a message to utilize the duality of observing life experiences from both sides or with new perspectives without throwing the baby out with the bath water.
The key is to consider the gift of forgiving the past as an opportunity to move forward towards a path of personal freedom with the lessons learned from the past instead of using it to fertilize seeds of bitterness and emotional pain that will be harvested in the future.
Meanwhile, the Moon is moving gracefully through the rise of fiery emotions with the regal dignity of a powerful leader facing the fires of the heart or hell with determined courage which defies surrender. The caveat is that the balsamic lunar phase is occurring between the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Leo which is the embodiment of courageously surrendering to the evitable endings currently taking place in the heart.
In essence, it is an opportunity to lay down the mental swords of analyzing the emotional battles within oneself with no resistance in preparation for the new moon cycle occurring in earthy Virgo on September 14.
Minutes after midnight on September 13, the Moon joins Mercury and the Sun in Virgo with an opportunity to mentally align emotional energy with conscious positive language that presupposes a clean slate with intentional power! Thus, the next couple of days, it is important to listen to the words and thoughts that trigger or resonate with emotions so they can be reframed with a positive intentional outcome!
On the evening of September 14, a new moon cycle begins in scientific Virgo with an opportunity to consciously utilize the mental power of consciousness with carefully thought out ideas and words that intentionally bring order to chaos. Therefore, the next couple of days is a powerful window of opportunity to bring order to the chaos of mental thinking that can externalize into undesired circumstances during the next year, or be the catalyst to intentionally and purposefully create a greater quality of life with mental magic!
Shortly after lunch on September 15, the Moon saunters into charming Libra to sweeten up the weekend with sunny smiles and come hither looks, courtesy of Venus in Leo, the ruler of Libra! Thus critical emotional thinking goes out the window on a warm breeze for a couple of days as Cinderella energy is hoping to be romantically swept into a new reality!
However, the Moon in Libra’s first planetary encounter is with Saturn retrograde in Pisces so attitude adjustments about long term commitments may be in order to keep one’s feet on the ground.
A couple of hours later, Mercury begins to move forward in Virgo with a sigh of mental relief now that plans and projects that have been at a standstill begin to show some steady progress. While the go ahead light has turned green, there may still be some bumps in the road of consciousness and communication until September 30, when Mercury rolls out of the shadow in the light of Virgo!

The celestial week of September 4, 2023, begins with the Sun rising in dutiful and earthy Virgo illuminating an opportunity to lay the ground rules as secret motives are revealed regarding romantic relationships and resources. Mercury, the CEO of Virgo is also retrograde in Virgo with a message to face baser instincts with a childlike curiosity that can bring a fresh new approach to life.
Whereas, Venus in Leo which is ruled by the Sun, has just begun to move forward with the proud dignity and grace of a lion while it observes others from a distance relative to hopes, wishes, and dreams about relationships, romance, creativity, children, and resources with a redefined values about the quality of life desired.
Meanwhile, the Moon is positioned in a steady, dependable Taurus with an emotional longing for things, others, or a quality of life that currently feels out of reach. However, the Moon is favorably aligned with the Sun and Mercury in Virgo, as well as Jupiter and Uranus in Taurus, so the key is to shift the focus from what appears to be unobtainable in the mind to what is desired until the feelings of having the desires are aligned with the thought and behaviors of having them fulfilled. As in fake it, until you make it, or acting as if the desires are already fulfilled until they are.
The only caveat is that Jupiter is going retrograde in Taurus just as the day begins. Thus, it is also imperative to shift a belief system that is congruent with desires, feelings, thoughts, and actions so that quality of life experiences come into alignment before the manifestation of them.
Jupiter will continue its backward journey through Taurus until December 30, 2023, so there is ample time to review, reflect, release, and reform beliefs that no longer serve the values and quality of life desired.
On the afternoon of September 5, the Moon skips into curious Gemini as the mentally emotional wheels start spinning with the messages and information being received from an unknown direction as they are not communicated verbally. Mercury, the director of Gemini is retrograde in Virgo and may not be consciously aware of what is unknowingly being broadcasted.
Thus, the next couple of days could be emotionally and mentally confusing as communication may be convoluted when expressed. The key is to become consciously aware of emotional self-talk and only communicate what is felt with specific clarity. Leave no room for doubt, otherwise, others may fill in the blanks with what they thought was communicated!
There is light at the end of the communication tunnel on the morning of September 6, as the Sun and Mercury unite in methodical Virgo with an opportunity and need to call upon the inherent knowledge within for the answers, details, and solutions required to move forward on September 15, when Mercury goes direct.
This is also the point in the Mercury retrograde cycle when stalled traffic, plans, and projects begin to move forward, seemingly inch by inch. However, to speed up the progress, mentally accelerate the progress with the awareness that there may be revisions to the final manifestation because all of the required information is currently unavailable from regular or reliable channels.
One minute after midnight on September 8, the Moon slips into emotionally sensitive Cancer under the cover of darkness, so dreams may provide information relevant to emotional concerns about home and family.
As the Moon in Cancer currently engages favorably with all of the planets except Mars in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn over the next couple of days, a safe emotional space is available to share feelings that are relevant to healing emotional issues regarding home, childhood, and family.
The only caveat is that challenges may occur with others and/or parents as the Moon in Cancer is challenged by Mars in Libra to take action about the issues, instead of first listening patiently to what feels like unburdening the soul. The irony is that sharing past or present emotional concerns is an action in itself, which may not require further action.
To finish out the Moon’s visit through Cancer over the weekend, it will oppose Pluto in Capricorn with an illumination of what is required to restore emotional power with the authority of a seasoned CEO with the ability to take responsibility for personal self-healing, instead of projecting it onto others as an expectation.
