The celestial week of September 9, 2024, begins with the Sun moving through mentally adept and flexible Virgo illuminating an opportunity to consciously connect with a deeper wisdom by looking for the best in a situation without idealizing it.

Mercury, the CEO of Virgo has just moved back into Virgo with an opportunity to clean up and clear out the mental, emotional, and physical clutter that unconsciously disrupts a flow of energy with unnecessary distractions.  Mercury will continue to travel through Virgo until September 26, offering a brief period to implement plans, projects, and repairs relative to health, work routines, vehicles, and communication before they are required.  The caveat is to wait until September 11, when it clears the recent retrograde cycle.

Meanwhile, the Moon is finishing up a stealthy emotional visit in transformational Scorpio before it opposes Uranus retrograde in Taurus and finishes it favorably with Pluto retrograde in Capricorn.  The opposition with Uranus may reveal what has been hidden regarding relationships and financial resources  A potential concern lies in the actions that follow as the persona of Scorpio has a “take no prisoners” approach!

Fortunately, the Sun and Mercury in Virgo can assist the Moon in Scorpio to consider a more reasonable solution, than taking actions with needless consequences.  However, Mars is the daily ruler of Scorpio and has just waded into sensitive Cancer and may respond with a knee-jerk reaction due to hurt feelings.  Yet, Pluto retrograde in Capricorn is the transcendental and powerful CEO of Scorpio overseeing the circumstances and ready to step in if necessary with an authoritative decision to settle matters.

Shortly after lunch on September 9, the Moon jumps into enthusiastic Sagittarius with an emotional opportunity to relate with others about big ideas, projects, and plans that may take twelve years to come to an optimum realization through expansive Jupiter in Gemini.  However, the ruler of Gemini is Mercury, and Mercury is traveling in methodical, realistic Virgo, and may stick a pin in the grandiose ballooning plans of the Moon in Sagittarius! Venus in Libra values the ideas of the Moon in Sag and is willing to share them with others.  Yet, for the most part, the next few days may be a conscious, unconscious, emotional, and mental trial of errors due to enormous expectations and beliefs!

On the evening of September 11, the lunar landscape shits as the Moon enters authoritative Capricorn and is prepared to climb and reach the top of an emotional mountain to reduce financial debt and the control it has with a decisive commitment to implement a no-nonsense budget relative to unnecessary expenditures unless they are designed to save resources.  It may feel like Scrooge has temporarily taken over, so the key is to focus on the financial freedom it will afford in the long run.

In the early hours of September 12, the Sun in Virgo squares off with Jupiter in Gemini about big career changes that may require frequent travel away from personal responsibilities regarding home and family.  Fortunately, Venus in Libra is there to mediate the challenges with politically correct values about the advantages and disadvantages of the changes with equitable solutions.
