Cosmic Insights – October 21, 2024 October 20, 2024

The celestial week of October 21, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in graceful, diplomatic Libra illuminating an opportunity to consciously transfer knowledge, information, beliefs, and ideals from one mind to another through the art of socially and politically correct communication.

Venus, the social guide of Libra is currently bouncing off the walls in exuberant Sagittarius supporting the transfer with enthusiasm, wisdom, and the strength of freedom to express the joy of connecting with others the power to create the vision of a personal model of the world by transforming emotions with congruent actions.

There may be a ring of destiny as the Sun in Libra is in a yod formation with Uranus retrograde in Taurus, and Neptune retrograde in Pisces suggesting that attitude adjustments may be necessary relative to self-values, resources, and relating.  However, Venus will tend to tip the scales as it seeks freedom in Sagittarius with the message if you lose your identity to keep the peace,  you may lose the freedom to live your life relative to your purpose on your terms.

Meanwhile, the Moon is flying through communicative Gemini with a positive emotional attitude that skates over perceived difficulties with the awareness of duality to counteract negativity with positivity to balance the scales.  

The Moon has just departed from a union with Jupiter retrograde in Gemini and is on its way to a favorable interaction with the Sun in Libra under a disseminating lunar phase symbolizing a unique opportunity to share emotional desires through communication that has the power to transform relating with honest authenticity.

The emotional energy shifts gears on the evening of October 21, as the Moon wades into sensitive and caring emotional waters of Cancer.  As the Moon moves through Cancer, it embodies an opportunity to demonstrate caring for oneself and others, with actions of sharing, kindness, and acceptance without judgments and criticism.  

The Moon and the astrological sign of Cancer personify mother energy, and if a child hurts itself or others unintentionally, the healing begins with the initial demonstration of emotional caring and support.  Therefore the next few days are important to remember that under a Cancer Moon, we are all children who desire and deserve love, support, and caring actions to heal self-inflicted emotional wounds of oneself and others.

In the early hours of October 22, Mercury in Scorpio and Saturn retrograde in Pisces engage in a favorable energetic dynamic to take responsibility and become aware of unconscious patterns of relating modeled from parents and childhood that may sabotage the relationship with oneself and others.

By midmorning, the Sun in Libra makes a last stand in a challenging encounter with Pluto in Capricorn about who has the authority to live one’s life as it chooses to, not how it is dictated!

Before sunset, the Sun takes a deep dive into powerful Scorpio with an opportunity to experience the process of relating honestly to oneself and others, affecting an emotional transformation of authentic transparency without a subconscious fear of rejection or abandonment.

Shortly after midnight, the Moon blazes into fiery Leo with heartfelt emotions that may awaken one from the dream state with a feeling of deep connection with another that is either in another realm of existence or in another experience.  The key is to realize that love for another does not depend on the physical proximity of another, as it comes from the heart that does not recognize time, space, or distance.
