Cosmic Insights – February 10, 2025 February 9, 2025

The celestial week of February 10, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in intuitive Aquarius, illuminating an opportunity to develop new skills by integrating a transfer of knowledge from within.  Saturn in Pisces is the daily CEO of Aquarius and is assisting the Sun to handle life spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally, as a master of reality with the assistance of Jupiter in Gemini to rise above perceived conditioning and limitations received from family and childhood.

Whereas, Uranus the transcendental ruler of Aquarius is residing in earthly, values-conscious Taurus and is done with holding back from pursuing desires with inspiration and zeal, courtesy of Venus in Aries, the ruling queen of Taurus!  Although Venus in Aries is determined to let nothing stand in the way of instantly gratifying desires, it needs the cooperation of Mars retrograde in Cancer to make the necessary commitments with affirmative actions.  However, Mars is retrograde in Cancer, so now is not the best time to push commitment agendas.  Mars is busy handling personal internal emotional frustration around feeling it has given all to others, and now needs to focus on itself.  Therefore, it is wise to extend everyone the emotional freedom and space to engage in self-care instead of expecting it from others. 

Otherwise, emotional sparring matches may flare up with unintended consequences.! The caveat is that the energetic dynamics will continue in some form every two and a half days as the Moon changes signs until mid-May!  Another key to relating to oneself and others lies in refraining from taking anything personal and tending to one’s emotional needs and desires with the reward of independence, resilience, and freedom!

Meanwhile, the Moon is wading through the emotional pond of Cancer to reinforce the dynamic of Saturn in Pisces and Mars in Cancer to demonstrate self-care with assertive boundaries instead of moody or aggressive temper tantrums!  Think of it as emotional training for the next few months to excel in redefining saying no when it doesn’t feel right without accepting the premise of being selfish and increasing authenticity in relating to others.

Shortly before lunch, the Moon strolls into glorious Leo to take center stage with an emotional message of indignation about grandstanding the needs of others without regard for the consequences they may experience.  The caveat is the backlash that may be unleashed as others awaken to their ability to stand together for the highest good of all as the Moon in Leo’s first planetary encounter is with Pluto in Aquarius before it is supported by Venus in Aries later!

Later in the afternoon, Mercury in Aquarius squares off with Uranus in Taurus relative to humanitarian concerns that challenge the self-centered values of those who feel they have the power to curtail those concerns and impose unwarranted restrictions without cause.  Aquarius and Taurus can become stubborn if pushed into a corner, so finding a middle ground of compromise can avert rebellious attitudes and unpredictable consequences of digging one’s heels in!

Just before the workday begins on February 12, the full moon phase occurs as the Moon in Leo opposes the Sun in Aquarius illuminating the cooperation required to balance the purpose of humanity and the emotional energy to support that purpose.   However, a potential red flag may come from Uranus in Taurus to challenge the balance with unpredictable results relative to resources, values, and relationships.  As Uranus is the evolutionary ruler of Aquarius, it will likely favor outcomes relative to the purpose of the Sun and humanity!

Later in the evening, the Moon slips behind the scenes of potential upheavals into emotionally competent Virgo with an opportunity to bring order to chaos through intuitive and insightful communication.  Mercury is the CEO of Virgo and is moving through Aquarius with abstract and innovative solutions so intuitive ideas may seem odd but workable to the Moon in Virgo.

As the Sun rises on the morning of February 14, Mercury moves from intuitive Aquarius to sensitive and artistic Pisces opening a doorway to communicate personal desires and feelings.  Hopefully, this dynamic will assist in offsetting the emotional tension of the Moon in Virgo opposing Saturn in Pisces to articulate the depths of emotions from the soul to precipitate emotional healing.  

On another note, it sets a romantic tone to celebrate Valentine’s Day!
