Cosmic Insights – December 19, 2022

The celestial week of December 19, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in celebratory Sagittarius, illuminating an opportunity to cherish enduring elements from past traditions with reverence while linking them to modern-day life. Perhaps the true purpose of celebrating holidays is to pass down memories and traditions so that their meaning of them is not forgotten in the midst of living, and as a reminder that the birth of Christ Consciousness is the ultimate Universal gift of love and light to all of humanity.
Jupiter, the Santa Claus of the constellations is finishing up a tour of spiritual Pisces with a huge opportunity to define one’s fate with a concrete realization of visionary and lofty ideals. Whereas, Neptune the king of the oceans and Pisces supports the materialization of efforts by giving gratitude a voice and a vision of unlimited desires!
Meanwhile, the Moon is subconsciously submerged in the deep still waters of Scorpio in search of the Holy Grail of transformation of the shadow within through forgiveness, so that the Light within can shine outward in acceptance and understanding of oneself as a healing of the ghosts of Christmas pasts.
Fortunately, the third quarter lunar phase is in effect until later in the evening with a chance and a choice to take responsible actions to free the emotional pain of negative emotions and limiting decisions with the awareness that they exist and impact the quality of your life.
Shortly after, Venus in Capricorn squares off with Chiron in Aries to add fuel to the fire as a catalyst to take those actions as a parental figure to heal the wounds of the inner child. The key is to pay attention to what may set off sparks of anger or resentment as a message of unresolved pain or a lack of personal boundaries to protect yourself from the actions of others that demonstrate a lack of respect or caring.
Before the day ends, the moon in Scorpio enters into a balsamic lunar phase with the Sun in Sagittarius, offering the next few days as an opportunity to release negative emotions, beliefs, and decisions accepted as subconscious emotional programming from past experiences.
Christmas comes a bit early on December 20, as Jupiter races back into fiery Aries with a new lease on life to experience personal desires! However, Mars the planetary warrior of Aries is still retrograde in Gemini, so the temptation to jump the rabbit now may be premature and suggest that you don’t have all of the necessary information to take huge actions that may have unintended consequences later. A more prudent course of action would be to cool your heels until the missing information is available on January 12 and 18th, when Mars and Mercury are both moving forward!
The emotional energy shifts significantly on December 21, as the Moon bungee jumps into Sagittarius with emotional optimism and enthusiasm for new emotional adventures and opportunities! The Moon’s first planetary interaction is an opportunity with Jupiter to set big plans in motion for a new journey into the unknown! While it feels right, there may be challenges along the way with traffic and weather, but sometimes you have to go with it!
Later in the afternoon, a significant shift of energy and light occurs as the Sun enters Capricorn, announcing the Winter Solstice as it illuminates the longest day and darkest night of the solar year that began with the previous Spring Equinox. The celestial week of December 12, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in expansive fiery Sagittarius, illuminating an opportunity to actualize a huge shift in consciousness by emulating the desired results of intentions seeded at the recent Sagittarius new moon cycle.
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius is finishing up a year-long stay in Pisces reinforcing an opportunity to define fate through a manifestation of one’s ideals projected into a concrete form. The caveat is that to achieve this lofty intention, a realization of being an unconscious victim of an undesired reality has to be released. The key to the realization lies in the conscious awareness of what you currently have is not what you truly want, which generally means the opposite of what you want is not what you currently have. Otherwise, the last twelve years may be a preview of the next twelve years.
Neptune in Pisces echoes the opportunity of Jupiter to experience the materialization of desires into a physical form by becoming conscious of the unconscious negative emotions and limiting beliefs that sabotage the opportunity and release them through prayer, meditation, hypnosis, and artistic means. The key is becoming conscious of the desire to release what is undesired and having faith that the Universe will take care of the means of how to release them.
Meanwhile, the Moon is traveling through fiery Leo with the emotional warmth of a cozy fireplace as a refuge from the chilling winds of responsibility, as Mercury in Capricorn delivers the message to buckle up buttercup, you are either willing to do what is necessary to stay afloat or go down with the ship if you don’t! While the message from Mercury may seem harsh, it is a serious one to pay attention to before the ongoing drama trauma hits the fan!
In short, the Moon in Leo is more than capable of creating a favorable personal reality with a genuine demonstration of love and generosity for oneself and others, unless the emotional ego demand for attention gets in the way. In the early hours of December 14, the Moon shifts emotional gears as it moved quickly into methodical Virgo to access career goals with a detailed analysis of what is working and what is not. While there may be a propelling feeling to make changes now, it is ill-advised until the middle of January through March of 2023. The advice comes from Mercury in the shadow of its upcoming retrograde in Capricorn, receiving information from Saturn in Aquarius to take action with Mars retrograde in Gemini which is ruled through Mercury. If that sounds convoluted, it is because it is! Therein, lies the rub! As computer techs say, garbage in, garbage out! So while misinformation may seem appealing now to take actions relative to financial resources and career goals, not all of the information is available to make decisions that could become costly.
Later in the morning, the Sun in Sagittarius challenges Neptune in Pisces to take responsible action to actualize the intentions of the new Sun/Neptune cycle in March 2022, with a revision of what is required with the caveat that the current action is of a mental nature until mid-January 2023.
Minutes later, Mercury in Capricorn issues a challenge to Chiron retrograde in Aries to also take responsible action to manifest the intentions of the new Mercury/Chiron cycle in April 2022 to experience the realization of personal hopes, wishes, and dreams. Yet once again, the best action to take now is to gather information relative to the intentions in preparation for the actions taken on January 12, 2023, when Mars goes direct in Gemini and Mercury goes direct in Capricorn on January 18, 2023.
On the afternoon of December 16, an initial emotional breath of fresh air occurs as the Moon floats into Libra on a wave of cooperative energy. The celestial week of December 5, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in adventuresome Sagittarius illuminating an opportunity to seek understanding through the power of the past coming from the inheritance of ancestors, to experience a concrete manifestation of one’s ideals.
Jupiter, the CEO of Sagittarius is currently moving through the last degree of Pisces with the emotional power of the ocean to actualize those ideals with the power of faith that moves mountains or feeds thousands with two fishes and 5 loaves of bread. Perhaps, the teaching also encompasses the awareness that a higher power is within to manifest miracles in life when the same faith is cultivated and becomes the foundation that life is built upon.
Jupiter in Pisces is also in an advantageous position with Pluto in Capricorn with the power to ascend consciousness as a by-product of transformation revealing that the main mountain to move lies in refusing to give power to anything outside of oneself as an authority to live by.
Meanwhile, the Moon is moving through peaceful Taurus with the value of being self-sufficient as a means to realize at-one-ment with all forms of life and experience peaceful co-existence amongst beings on different levels of evolution. The caveat is that there may be a tendency to get off track, as the current gibbous lunar phase has an inherent emotional wobble energy. Fortunately, both the Sun in Sagittarius and the Moon in Taurus have a common planetary strategy to maintain a focused strategy and materialize the intentions of the recent Sagittarius new moon cycle.
In the early hours of December 6, Mercury in optimistic Sagittarius squares off with Jupiter in elusive Pisces, which may awaken a deep sleep with dreams that plant smoke and mirror seeds about the pursuit of freedom from the past manipulation and control of others for financial gain. The key to breaking the perceived spell is to go back to sleep with a determination to keep moving forward with personal plans and boundaries.

The celestial week of November 28, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in opportunistic Sagittarius illuminating a kaleidoscope of opportunities with a focused intention to hit the target of the recent new moon cycle of opportunities!
However, there is also an opportunity to find love in oneself for oneself, before seeking it in another. The caveat is that Jupiter the king of Sagittarius has just begun moving forward in Pisces to actualize opportunities and may become temporarily emotionally blinded by the illusion of love instead of reality. The key is to maintain the focus on the vision of the intention with the faith that Spirit will handle the details of the manifestation.
Meanwhile, the Moon is flying through the icy winds of Aquarius with an emotional message to rise above the distortions of reality as an observer of it and to consciously choose the transformation of ascension over the illusions of what reality appears to be. After all, everything in your life is happening in reality because it is happening in your consciousness, so an opportunity is available to emotionally and consciously choose the highest possible good with faith in a higher power within to handle the details.
For the most part, the Moon in Aquarius sails through the day with favorable conditions and outcomes until the early evening hours when it encounters Uranus retrograde in Taurus in a challenging interaction over the cost of pursuing hopes, wishes, and dreams with no guarantee of long-term financial success. Afterward, the Moon in Aquarius resumes an emotional detachment around relationships, communication, and pretty much everything else with a “whatever, it is what it is,” attitude.
On the afternoon of November 29, a potential confrontation occurs relative to self-values and financial resources as Mercury in Sagittarius opposed Mars retrograde in Gemini. While Mercury in Sag may be inclined to spend more than the budget allows with credit cards, Mars retrograde in Gemini is acutely aware of the long-term consequences of buying now and paying later. The key is to initiate communication regarding the value of going into debt to satisfy an extravagant shopping expedition, and a strategy that satisfies both desires without breaking the bank or dampening holiday spirits.
Later, the emotional landscape shifts subtly as the Moon drifts into elusive Pisces in the evening. Initially, it is likely the calm before the emotional storm erupts under the first quarter lunar phase with the Sun in Sagittarius occurs on the morning of November 30. The challenges begin with the illusion that everyone is on the same page regarding opportunities that may have a huge potential risk involved, yet also a high yield of results relative to the investment of energy and resources. The caveat is that the first quarter lunar phase is indicative of taking actions based on emotions without knowing the outcome, hence the challenges setting up during the next few days.
Thus, the Moon in Pisces will likely be actively involved in setting disputes or keeping the peace between Venus and Mercury in Sagittarius, as well as Mars retrograde in Gemini before the day ends with an opposition between Venus and Mars, as holiday plans with family may play havoc with actions regarding career responsibilities. The key is to be open to plans changing without notice with an attitude of flexibility and a backup plan. The weather may also become a big factor in unpredictable changes that you just have to roll with!
The potential for continued dissension is possible through the evening of December 1, when Mercury in Sagittarius squares off with Neptune retrograde in Pisces over beliefs and philosophies with spiritual concepts without concrete evidence. More than likely, Mercury in Sag, the broad-minded thinker is just stirring the pot of communication to see what reactions can be revealed, so engaging to convince Mercury of what it does not believe, but may be willing to entertain may be fruitless and exasperating, to say the least!
By this time, the Moon in Pisces is aligning with Jupiter in Pisces and is ready to let everyone come to their individual understanding, as it takes a break from the emotional challenges of the week to indulge in an escapism of meditation, artistic endeavors, hypnotic trance, or some early Christmas spirits of spiked eggnog, wine, or something smooth over the rocks!
Before the day ends, the Moon changes the emotional course of direction as it moves quickly into fiery Aries with a much-needed break from the emotional challenges of the recent few days. While the recent challenges are diminishing, the fallout is still present, yet the Moon in Aries is not inclined to keep the peace or babysit adults, so everyone is on their own to figure out how to get along together in peace!
Mars, the ruler of Aries is also retrograde in Gemini, so taking action now to resolve differences may not be forthcoming with the awareness that now is a better time to let sleeping dogs lie! Instead, this weekend would be a great time to take some personal “me” time away from the preparation and shopping activities of the upcoming holidays to recharge personal batteries and energy, instead of becoming prematurely exhausted by them!

The celestial week of November 21, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in transformational Scorpio at the 29th degree, illuminating an opportunity to transcend the illusion of fear that can rob the power of the Sun to shine its potential as brightly as possible.
The significance of 29 degrees of Scorpio is an opportunity to master the potential power within to dispel the subconscious mental activity of the internal trickster to mislead you from the path of enlightenment downward into a spiral of fear and confusion.
Mars, the daily warrior energy of Scorpio is currently retrograde in communicative Gemini with a message to consciously choose positive thoughts that will be a catalyst to integrate spirit, soul, and body leading to an ability to fly on own’s own in good time, as the eagle soars above with the power of grace. Whereas Pluto the transformational ruler of Scorpio is currently positioned in authoritative Capricorn with an opportunity to ascend one’s consciousness of self-values with a commitment of responsibility to oneself, as the power to ascend lies within the conscious choice to do so.
Meanwhile, the Moon is offering some emotional breathing space as it is void of course in Libra, so the day begins with an emotional attitude to take a break from concerns about relationships and resources, as appropriate solutions will come forward without emotional interference.

There is something about the celebration of holidays that brings one home to the emotional stability they offer in the midst of worldly distractions, that is a reminder that all is right with the world when you stop and give thanks for the opportunity to be a part of it.
Shortly after, Jupiter the CEO of Sagittarius begins to move forward in Pisces offering an opportunity to dissolve negative emotions, beliefs, attitudes, and anything that is less than the quality of life desired. This is a big opportunity as Jupiter will be leaving Pisces for twelve years when it races into Aries on December 20, 2022! So dream big now with the imagination and magic of children who eagerly await for Santa to deliver all of their hopes, wishes, and dreams!

The celestial week of November 14, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in creative Scorpio illuminating an opportunity to experience a total transformation through the revelations of hidden talents. The intensity of this opportunity may feel like a magnetic calling as the Sun in Scorpio is in a powerful yod configuration with both of its planetary rulers. The Sun in Scorpio is in an incongruent dynamic with its daily ruler, Mars retrograde in Gemini while engaging favorably with its transformational ruler Pluto in authoritative Capricorn.
Mars retrograde in Gemini is currently reconsidering actions before taking them, which is not to the liking of the Sun in Scorpio as it is having to exercise the patience that it does not normally have. Whereas, Pluto in ambitious Capricorn is moving forward with an opportunity to ascend consciousness with a serious commitment to refrain from giving up too soon, and losing the progress that has been achieved in the struggle between Might versus Light with the value of profound leadership embraced with gratitude instead of the ego.
While the opportunity of transformation between the Sun in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn is powerful, it does require an attitude adjustment to experience it, which lies in the awareness of mental activity as a distraction or a means to skate over the perceived difficulties of transformation with grace and ease. The caveat is that the path of duality lies within Mars retrograde in Gemini and whether the choice is made to continue upon the path of least resistance or rise to the opportunity to ascend consciousness with the power and authority of your birthright as a creator of personal reality.
Meanwhile, the Moon is void-of-course in Cancer until minutes later when it arrives in charismatic Leo with an opportunity to express the generosity of love and joy with others, or a superior attitude of expectations that others should demonstrate attention to them with grand gestures to fill the lack of love for oneself.
As a grand square of energy is setting up between the Moon in Leo, Sun in Scorpio, Uranus retrograde in Taurus, and Saturn in Aquarius on November 15, there will be a crossroads of choices related to emotional feelings, identity, self-values, resources, relationships, and responsible commitments, that requires an emotional leap of faith to pursue the path of enlightenment pertaining to self-values, an illumination of whether conditional or unconditional love is the path of least resistance, and if a commitment is made to transform the purpose of life with the determination and attitude of going forward, without looking back.

The celestial week of November 7, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in powerful Scorpio illuminating an opportunity to metaphorically rise from the ashes of the subconscious programming and/or the darkness of the past as the phoenix before soaring to the heights of consciousness as the eagle!
Mars, the daily ruler of Scorpio is retrograde in Gemini with a profound message to embrace the calm before the dawn as future growth is dormant now on actions taken recently until January of 2023 when Mars goes direct. However, Mars retrograde in Gemini is currently in a simpatico relationship with Mercury in Scorpio so plans can be made behind the scenes for activation later.
Whereas, Pluto the transformational ruler of Scorpio power is direct in authoritative Capricorn offering an opportunity to ascend one’s consciousness by taking conscious responsibility to release the emotional pain of the past, as the trees are releasing their leaves for the new growth in the coming Spring.
While it may seem easier said than done to bare your soul for transformation, ultimately the end result of making that choice may lead to congruent self-values and emotional freedom. Saturn the ruler of Capricorn is also in a determined t-square configuration with the Sun in Scorpio and Uranus retrograde in Taurus, so there may be a feeling of stubborn resistance to internal changes which may produce unpredictable changes in relationships and resources. Yet, holding on to what is familiar and dysfunctional situations will only serve to strengthen the same undesirable circumstances of the past in the present without resolutions.
That resistance becomes obvious upon waking as Venus in Scorpio and Saturn in Aquarius have just met in a challenging conversational encounter pertaining to the transformation of financial resources and relationships which requires a responsible commitment relative to the daily work environment and health concerns.

Fortunately, there is a monumental shift occurring before the Sun rises on November 8, as the full moon/lunar eclipse occurs as the Moon in values-conscious Taurus opposes the Sun in powerful Scorpio at seventeen degrees. While the full moon phase in Taurus/Scorpio usually has an intense, determined energy present, this particular lunar eclipse is even more so, as it is activating the lunar eclipse of 2003 at the same degree.
At that time, the lunar eclipse was widely known astrologically as the Harmonic Concordance as the Sun in Scorpio, Moon in Taurus, Saturn in Cancer, Jupiter in Virgo, Chiron in Capricorn, and Mars in Pisces formed a six-point star in the sky as a Star of David; offering a profound illuminating opportunity to merge spirituality and materiality to birth Christ Consciousness at the individual level, achieving non-separation between heaven and earth by going with the flow of life without resistance to experience a divine birthright of ascension.
Fast forward to the present lunar eclipse at the same degree along with Uranus retrograde in Taurus and the Moon in Taurus, opposing Mercury, Venus, and the Sun in Scorpio all of those planets are being challenged by Saturn in Aquarius with a serious attitude and inventory of where you are presently at with the opportunity presented on November 8, 2003?
As the eclipse energies are prominent for the next six months, there is a brief window of time available to mentally reflect on the choices made since 2003 that have either been enlightening or contributed to repeating similar events that have presented financial and emotional difficulties that seem to get worse over time.
The good news is that an opportunity is present at the eclipse to make new choices as the Sun in Scorpio at seventeen degrees illuminates an opportunity to be self-sufficient while combining individual qualities with others for greater balance and depth.
Whereas, the Moon at seventeen degrees of Taurus is reflective of an opportunity to experience a greater quality of life by balancing might with light, instead of might versus light. Both are possible with an attitude of making personal and powerful choices for the highest good of all.
Shortly after the full moon/lunar eclipse occurs, the Sun and Mercury also unite at seventeen degrees of Scorpio echoing the energy of the eclipse to align self-sufficiency relative to financial resources with sustainable energy to achieve the intentions of the solar eclipse in Scorpio to transform debt into wealth with a cooperative attitude and combined talents.
Later in the evening, intense conversations about joint resources, debt, and/or intimacy may set up a confrontational energy where sparks fly as the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio face off with Uranus retrograde in Taurus! While it may seem like reasonable solutions are finally illuminated, don’t count on it lasting, as the same issue may resurface in the Spring of 2023 when Uranus moves back over the sixteenth degree of Taurus.
In the early hours of November 9, the Sun in Scorpio opposes Uranus retrograde in Taurus, so the conversations and energy of the past few days become the focus on strategies to achieve sustainable financial wealth and simple values to ensure a greater quality of life by eliminating what is unnecessary now for a long term result of financial comfort.
Before breakfast, the Moon skips into Gemini with a carefree attitude of curiosity and playfulness that lightens the recent emotional intensity relative to intentional transformation! However, Mercury the agent in charge of Gemini is still in secretive and powerful meetings with the Sun in Scorpio, so there is still an air of emotional and secretive intensity about the changes that are being implemented at the first of the 2023 year! Yet, the Moon in Gemini during the next couple of days is an excellent opportunity to align feelings, thoughts, and words with a positive intention to alleviate worry and stress about the future, and instead use the magic of the mind to create what is desired with a feeling of success and joy!
In the wee hours of November 10, Saturn in Aquarius takes Mercury in Scorpio to task about making a responsible commitment to reduce debt with innovative ideas that require a leap of faith, yet can build a foundation of financial freedom. Then on November 11, the Sun in Scorpio follows up with a challenge to Saturn in Aquarius about the progress of manifesting the intentions of the Scorpio solar eclipse with unique ideas, commitments, and the technology required to achieve them.
Later in the evening, the Moon slips into the watery pond of emotional Cancer with an emotional desire to nurture oneself instead of taking care of others. No worries, they are both too busy with career goals and plans to notice that fast food is being served on the menu!

The celestial week of October 31, 2022, begins on a potentially spooky note as the Sun rises in secretive Scorpio illuminating the darkness carried within the soul, so that subconscious damage relative to the shadow within which impacts difficulties regarding finances, health, stress, and relationships; so that the dark night of the soul can be transformed.
Interesting that Halloween has come to represent scary movies and figures of horror skulking in the night, and that dressing up in costumes should be rewarded with treats, instead of realizing that it is actually a day of sacredness as it is the eve before All Saints Day is celebrated. However, it is also an opportune time to allow the undesirable traits of human behavior to die through the act of forgiveness of self and others as a means of releasing the soul of the unnecessary burdens of guilt and fear.
It is also considered to be the time of year when the veil is the thinnest between the earth plane and the spirit world, so reaching out to others who have transitioned is as easy as calling on them to make the connection. The connection may come through dreams, memories, a feeling, and/or an unexpected reminder to remember that they are still present on some level.
Mars, the daily ruler of Scorpio has just retrograded in Gemini with a conscious message to revel in the calm before the dawn as a dormant period is at hand to reinforce the roots of consciousness with positive self-talk and the power of thoughts in preparation for the new growth coming in the Spring of 2023. On the early evening of November 4, the Moon runs quickly into Aries with a fired-up determination to take impulsive actions to manifest hopes, wishes, and dreams! The celestial week of October 24, 2022, begins with the Sun rising along with Venus up through the powerful rays of Scorpio, illuminating an opportunity to release subconscious emotions relative to past relationships that have lingered on for transformation. The caveat is that the Sun and Venus in Scorpio are inconjunct Jupiter retrograde in Aries which may call for an attitude adjustment if anger arises along with the memories of those relationships.
Fortunately, Mars is stationed in Gemini and as the daily CEO of Scorpio and ruler of Aries has a message to integrate the lessons learned from relationships that have since or could provide opportunities for relationships that are filled with compatibility, fun, fairness, and the sharing or resources and responsibilities.
Meanwhile, The Moon is traveling through relationship-oriented Libra and is balsamic to the Sun in Scorpio, which makes it easier to release the past with gratitude for the inner search for the wisdom and knowledge to deal with situations with grace and forgiveness for oneself and others in preparation for the new beginnings of the upcoming solar eclipse in Scorpio.
The emotional landscape shifts significantly in the wee hours of October 25, as the Moon slips in mysterious Scorpio, so dreams may provide relevant information from those who have transitioned to the other side about what or who is being released at the new moon/solar eclipse occurring hours later in Scorpio.
Hours later, the eclipse occurs at 5:49:41 CDT at three degrees of Scorpio with Venus along for the event, suggesting that bigger and better circumstances are on the horizon during the next six months by working together with others in cooperation relative to shared values and resources. However, to realize the full significance of this eclipse, you have to travel back in time to March 6, 1049, when the parent eclipse of this partial eclipse occurred at the south pole at 22 degrees of Pisces. The Sabian Symbol for this degree of Pisces is one of “truth being revealed”, or the “revelations and the channeling of new information.” (1) At this parent eclipse Pluto was at 12 degrees of Aquarius opposing Mars at 12 degrees of Leo, so perhaps the events of that period were revealing the truth about the necessity of the balance of power to sustain the longevity of humanity.
Fast forwarding to the current eclipse, the core energy is indicative of being forceful and taking power instead of sharing it. Now Mars and Pluto, the co-rulers of Scorpio are once again in a disadvantageous relationship as they are at odds with one another instead of working together for the highest good of all. Mars is currently stationed in communicative Gemini before it goes retrograde on October 30, whereas Pluto has recently begun moving forward in authoritative Capricorn, so the two are currently incompatible as Mars is resistant to reconsidering the actions necessary to move forward under the pressure being applied by Pluto in Capricorn, or else deal with a loss of power during the next few months.
The new moon/solar eclipse and Venus are also experiencing an inconjunct with Jupiter retrograde in Aries, so attitude adjustments are required to move forward with gratitude for the opportunity to transform personal desires with resilient determination without the expectations from others to provide the resources to accomplish them.
A breath of emotional relief filters in on the morning of October 27, as the Moon jumps into enthusiastic Sagittarius with a feeling of optimism for new adventures as a brief respite from the intensity of Scorpionic transformations! Fortunately, the Moon’s first planetary encounter is with Jupiter retrograde in Aries, so “me” time is highly beneficial for all concerned. In fact, taking the day off from work, others, responsibilities, and relationships are recommended to balance personal desires with responsibilities will help to alleviate stress and restore the personal peace that is greatly needed now.
However, the state of personal peace may be challenged shortly after the workday begins if you don’t take it as a get-away, as Mercury in politically-correct Libra takes on the covert task of persuading ambitious Pluto in Capricorn to get on board with an untested hunch and an easy plan to fulfill hopes and dreams behind the scenes. While Pluto may be enchanted by the charming convictions of Mercury, there is also a suspicion that there is an unspoken agenda attached, so the ability to demonstrate a responsible plan of execution will be required before a contract or agreement is in place.
Shortly after midnight on October 28, Jupiter retrogrades back into Pisces and may abruptly attempt to back out of big promises made on May 10, 2022, related to creative projects, children, and/or romance as it is unclear what is totally involved until November 23, when it begins to move forward. The caveat is that Jupiter is the daily ruler of Pisces so it will be very important to refrain from falling for pie-in-the-sky scams, and to carefully review all expenditures for potential unforeseen defects that may warrant returns or recalls.

Cosmic Insights – October 17, 2022

The celestial week of October 17, 2022, begins with the Sun rising in indecisive Libra illuminating an opportunity to see matters regarding self-values, resources, and relating, in their own time as profound insights may reveal something that changes the course of one’s life.
Venus, the queen of Libra is also dancing through Libra anticipating new opportunities to let go of the past, and step forward to speak up about personal self-values and appropriate boundaries about fairness and equality. Both the Sun and Venus are simultaneously receiving support from Mars in Gemini and Saturn retrograde in Aquarius to take responsibility for oneself and communicate win/win solutions that are politically correct with actions that speak louder than words.
The caveat is that the Sun and Venus in Libra are also engaged in challenging conflicts with others regarding emotional reactions to power plays with authorities over career goals and ambitions.
Another contentious configuration between the Sun and Venus in Libra is a yod formation with Neptune retrograde in Pisces and Uranus retrograde in Taurus, indicating that attitude adjustments may be on the horizon to restore harmony and peace within through self-forgiveness for allowing the agendas of others as a distraction from pursuing the quality of life that is desired and deserved.
Meanwhile, the Moon is wading through the emotional pond of Cancer, as feelings of insecurity may be pushing the envelope for attention and resolution from others. However, during the noon hour, a third-quarter lunar phase occurs as the Moon squares the Sun and Venus in Libra with the suggestion to take responsibility for those feelings instead of needing others to do it unless you are willing to allow others to control your life.
Now that Mercury is out of the shadow in Libra, messages from the unconscious may provide hidden insights about relating and resources during dreams and meditation.
No doubt, the Sun and Venus in Libra will be busy balancing the scales of life this week as they interact with every planet except Jupiter retrograde in Aries, through challenges, confrontations, and attitude adjustments, with the opportunity to charm them with savvy and witty conversations into doing their bidding!
Just before midnight, the Moon shakes off the emotional gloom as it rises from the pond of insecurity into the fiery brilliance of Leo, with a strong determination to take care of oneself with prideful dignity. As the Moon reflects its light in the night sky, it interacts with Jupiter retrograde in Lep, so emotions may begin to fire up with anticipation as the potential of big opportunities stimulate ideas about manifesting hopes, wishes, and dreams! Thus, upon waking on October 18, there may be a tendency to jump out of bed motivated to put those ideas into action! It is wise to make the most of the energy today, as the next couple of days appears to be challenging and confrontational!
On the morning of October 19, challenges relative to hidden agendas pertaining to resources, self-values, and relationships may be on the breakfast menu as the Sun and Venus in Libra square off with authoritative Pluto in Capricorn to take responsible actions to manifest the ambitious goals regarding hopes, wishes, and dreams that were chosen on January 16, 2022.
Before the day ends, Mercury in Libra opposes Chiron retrograde in Aries illuminating an opportunity to heal self-inflicted emotional wounds of abandonment and rejection through communication about self-values, and the awareness that happiness is a choice that is deserved as well as desired.
Just before lunch on October 20, the Moon moves into conscientious Virgo with an emotionally competent attitude to get busy with setting one’s house in order with practical daily routines that will bring balance to recent chaotic upheavals. Fortunately, Mercury the planetary ruler of Virgo is currently gliding through politically correct Libra and is supportive of the Moon’s to-do list.
Except for an initial attitude adjustment that the Moon in Virgo expresses to Jupiter retrograde in Aries to get on board with the tasks at hand, or take the rest of the day off, the next couple of days run smoothly. That is until October 22, when the Moon in Virgo faces off with Neptune retrograde in Pisces to put some elbow grease into making those dreams come true, instead of just dreaming about it.
Then mid-morning, the Moon in Virgo challenges Mars in Gemini to stop chatting and flirting with others if they want to get anything accomplished!
Last but not least, Venus and the Sun finally unite in Libra at thirty degrees with an opportunity to transform self-values, resources, and relationships by setting an intention to merge the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious aspects of consciousness as a higher conscious awareness that transcends book knowledge into wisdom, as well as an ability to read spiritual understanding into concrete, everyday objects.
With that in mind, the challenges, confrontations, and attitude adjustments of this past week may have been very well worth it! In particular, if there is a realization that all of them were really about oneself instead of others, experienced through the mirror of relating.
