The celestial week of June 7, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in conscious, communicative Gemini, illuminating an opportunity to shift from reacting with the lower emotional nature to thinking with the higher mind. (1)  The key is to stop the train of emotional chaos before it gets on the track of rational thinking.  A great way to do that is to stop, take a deep breath and entertain the questions, do I want to lose control of this situation or consider alternative options and choices?  Once, a conscious choice is made to take a deep breath and ask the questions, the emotions are stalled momentarily and control is regained. 

Another consideration is that Mercury the planetary agent of rational thinking is still moving backward through Gemini, so while alternative options are available, they may not be recognized immediately.  Mercury retrograde in Gemini is also in a challenging dynamic with Neptune in unconscious Pisces which also leads to confused thinking and overwhelming emotions.  Thus, the workaround solution may be to wait before making decisions now that lack transparent clarity, before investing energy and resources into projects that may require additional pieces of missing information. 

Fortunately, the Moon is currently grazing in the calm, steady pastures of Taurus, providing the emotional support to navigate the path of direction needed, so that information can flow freely without triggering emotional reactions. 

The lunar landscape shifts on the afternoon of June 8, when the Moon skips happily into airy Gemini with a playful, inquisitive nature while gathering information regarding emotional transformation so that decisions can be made about what needs to be released in preparation for the new beginning of the next nineteen years!
In the early hours of June 10, a solar eclipse occurs in Gemini with a reminder that everything that is needed is already provided.  The key is to remember that because it has always been available.  Gemini energy is associated with duality, so positive thoughts can be chosen as easily as negative ones.  Mercury is the ruler of this eclipse and stands close by the Sun and Moon in Gemini with a the message that the information needed is readily available through dreams, meditation, prayers, and/or alternative methods of trance.

Later in the evening the Sun and Mercury unite in Gemini symbolizing the turning point of the Mercury retrograde cycle, so information revealed in casual conversation is significant to the necessary decisions about daily routines, health, and work activities.

In the early hours of June 11, the Moon sinks into the emotional pond of Cancer with a need to communicate sensitive and vulnerable feelings about siblings, home, family, and childhood.  The key is to listen without interpretation or judgment of the feelings.  The significance of being able to share the feelings will be what is needed.
Shortly after, Mars leaves Cancer and settles into Leo for a six-week period, which will initially feel like a breath of fresh air, as physical energy shifts from emotional overwhelm or anger to optimistic and joyful enthusiasm.  The caveat is that drama trauma may be an unconscious reaction to feeling unloved or appreciated.  The other side of the coin is that Leo’s energy is generous and loving, so a good investment of energy is to love the world with gratitude for the gift of life, and watch the world love you back unconditionally!

On the afternoon of June 13, the Moon follows Mars into Leo with an emotional desire for attention and recognition for creative efforts and actions made pertaining to relationships with children and lovers.  However, those same efforts and actions could nurture creativity and the inner child with unconditional love to yield long-lasting results of healthier relationships with oneself and others.

The celestial week of May 31, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in curious and mentally adept Gemini, offering dual opportunities to come up with ideas, which may precipitate spiritual realizations that open up new vistas of experiences.  However, Mercury the planetary messenger and ruler of Gemini has just started moving backwards through Gemini with a covert message that new ideas aren’t really new, they are just filtering through awareness with a different spin as the other sign of the coin is revealed.  The caveat with this period of conscious mental awareness and revelations may be somewhat more obscure and confusing, as significant bits and pieces of information are overlooked or unavailable.  The unique difference about this Mercury retrograde is that Mercury in Gemini engaged in a challenging dynamic with Neptune drifting through the oceanic depths of unconscious Pisces before it started moving backwards.  Thus, this six-week window can either be utilized in focusing on unnecessary mental worry, doubt, and fear, or it can be an opportunity to pull those mental weeds from the garden of manifestation and fertilize the seeds of intention with a greater value of self-worth to get on with a new life of freedom.  Perhaps the key now is to briefly unplug from the world of technology and muster the courage to set your sights and sails on an imaginative journey through the unconscious mind to discover the hidden treasure of information buried within for the clues about the next step to take, without becoming overwhelmed by the emotion which surfaces with the information.

Meanwhile, the Moon is flying through intuitive and electrifying Aquarius on a wing and a prayer with emotional detachment about the destination of the journey.  Yet, Saturn the daily CEO of Aquarius is standing nearby in Aquarius with a responsible attitude about throwing caution to the winds of change and flights of fancy, while Uranus the transcendental ruler of Aquarius is firmly planted in Taurus with an unconscious sense to move forward into the unknown, without regard for the consequences.  Thus the key to moving through the dualistic nature of Gemini without all of the necessary information is to trust your gut feeling that is clear of emotional attachments when taking responsible actions about relationships and resource.

The lunar landscape shifts significantly on June 1, as the Moon leaves the intuitive realms of Aquarius to join Jupiter and Neptune in unconscious emotional Pisces, which may open up the floodgates of feelings with a sense of emotional overwhelm which overshadows conscious logic and reason.  The key is to take a deep breath and consciously chose whether you are in charge of your life or your emotions.  Then ground that choice with a strong value;e of self-worth and appreciation with the awareness that you can use the same emotional energy to infuse the visions of your hopes, wishes, and dreams with renewed inspiration and life!  So take a break from the daily task to grab a paintbrush, musical instrument, pen, or the tool of your choice to create the masterpiece of your life!

On the morning of June 2, Venus the queen of relating joins Mars in Cancer with a brief window of time to nurture yourself in relationships to all aspects of your life.  So during the next three weeks, your unconscious mind is giving you clues about what may be unresolved pertaining to childhood, family, and parents through your feelings.  Again, the key is to resist the desire to indulge in the victimization of those feelings by associating them with current experiences.  Instead, allow them to surface with an observation of what needs to be learned and released with forgiveness
Now that the choice to heal oneself or be a victim of life experiences has begun, the Moon jumps into impulsive Aries and the emotional frying pan of relating on June 3!  So there may be a tendency to project feelings onto others, which is only mirroring what you need to know about yourself!  The first planetary interaction the Moon in Aries has is with Venus in sensitive Cancer, so lashing out at others as a way to avoid dealing with personal emotions may result in others moving away from an emotional tirade, instead of offering support.

On the afternoon of June 5, hidden information about relationships and resources is unconsciously revealed as reoccurring thoughts continue to haunt you.  It is important to pay attention to those thoughts, as the missing piece of the puzzle is revealed on July 6, when Mercury in Gemini and Neptune in Pisces square off for the last time during this Mercury retrograde cycle.  Shortly after, Mars in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn illuminating the actions needed to gain emotional control about feelings related to family, childhood, and parental authority.

On the morning of June 6, a sense of emotional calm and peace is restored as the Moon moved into steady and grounded Taurus.  So an opportunity is at hand to take the day off, smell the roses, and have faith that all is well in your world.

The celestial week of May 24, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in airy, communicative Gemini illuminating an opportunity to celebrate the blessings of life with gratitude to the Spirit that provides them.  Gemini energy brings to mind the idea of wishing upon a star to improve one’s lot in life, and while considered to be a fleeting moment of inspiration, the reality is that the mind of consciousness is a tool to make those wishes come true with a focused intention and determined faith in oneself.

For example, Muhammad Ali is an American former professional boxer who proclaimed and believed that he was the greatest and he became it.  He was born as Jupiter was moving through sliver tongue and witty Gemini, so from an astrological perspective, his hands and his mind were the tools he would use to accomplish his proclamation.  Now that the eclipse season in Gemini is imminent, each person has the opportunity to rise to heights or fall from grace according to the personal beliefs and thoughts housed within individual consciousness.

Mercury, the quick-witted planetary messenger, and CEO of Gemini is also currently positioned in the dual sign of Gemini with a message to pay attention to the quality of your communication and notice how the circumstances of your life are reflecting both those thoughts.  Mercury traveling through Gemini now is also in the shadow of its upcoming retrograde cycle and is providing clues about the nature of the cycle in daily interactions with others.  The caveat is that there is also an energetic dynamic present that involves unconsciously communicating and revealing true motivations for self-serving agendas.  A pearl of insight to keep in mind is an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) presupposition that the true meaning of communication is the response you get.  So what is being communicated now will show up again during the Mercury retrograde cycle, when others have processed what you unconsciously communicate now.

Meanwhile, the Moon has slipped into the subconscious mysterious depths of Scorpio, stirring up deep emotions and/or needless fear and insecurity about career goals and the status of one’s reputation.  The key is to refrain from projecting subconscious fears as to what might happen by responding to events instead of emotionally reacting to them.  However, if circumstances or events seem to beyond an ability to cope with, there is a great deal of assistance from the cosmos, as Mars in Cancer, and Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces offer support to gain emotional control through releasing negative emotions and limiting decisions.

In the late evening hours of May 25, the Moon jumps into optimistic Sagittarius with an emotional desire to head out on a new adventure with an unknown destination and/or outcome!  However, sleep may not come easy as big doubts about the practicality of taking off for sights unseen begin to creep in as you drift off to dreamland.  The key is to ask for information and/or resolutions to come from dreams for guidance and direction.

Upon waking on May 26, a lunar eclipse is occurring as the Sun in Gemini opposes the Moon in Sagittarius illuminating what needs to be tuned up in regards to consciousness and creating personal reality with the magic of the mind.  The window remains open until November 19, 2021, to become consciously aware of how powerful your thoughts and beliefs are, and how they are creating your reality, whether you are aware of it or not.

On the evening of May 27, the emotional energy takes on a serious and sober note, as the Moon moves into serious, authoritative Capricorn.  Usually, planets in Capricorn take a practical grounded approach to achieve career goals and ambitious plans.  However, now that Saturn the ruler of Capricorn is moving through unpredictable Aquarius, reliable game plans go out the window before they have time to be put into action.  As a result, the ability to obtain financial support to put those plans into motion depends upon Uranus the ruler of Aquarius.  Any other time Uranus would throw caution to the winds and jump on the bandwagon, but now that it is moving through stubborn and determined Taurus, all bets are off on anything that is not proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be a strong investment. 

Venus, the CEO of Taurus is quickly moving through quicksilver Gemini and is doing some fast talking to arrange the details and close the deal.  Yet, Mercury the ruler of Gemini is preparing to go retrograde on May 29, so nothing doing.  The key is to make plans and connections, with the awareness that it may take longer than usual to materialize!

The celestial week of May 17, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in reliable, and patient Taurus illuminating an opportunity to provide for oneself and others by sharing hidden talents and skills of great values.  Venus, the CEO of Taurus is moving through quicksilver Gemini with the ability to come up with new ideas to showcase those talents and utilize the collective and intuitive knowledge of ancient sources.  The caveat is that Mercury the planet of information and ideas has just entered into the shadow of its upcoming retrograde cycle, so consider the true source of the information received as a preview of the cycle and take the best and toss the rest until July 7, when the cycle completes.  The caveat is that Gemini energy is dualistic and lightly in nature, similar to a butterfly flitting to and fro without an easily perceived destination.  Therefore, there may be a tendency to be easily distracted by shining things without paying attention to valuable ideas.

Meanwhile, the Moon is void of course in Cancer until shortly after sunrise, so there may be a tendency to piddle away the early morning until the Moon struts into Leo with all the glory and grandeur it so eagerly embraces.  After all, this is the time in the lunar cycle for the Moon to shine as brightly as the Sun instead of merely reflecting its light.  Thus, the emotional dance of drama begins as feelings take center stage to demonstrate a sharing of love from the heart or seek to gain attention from others to feel loved.  As the Sun is the true king of Leo and is finishing up a stay in Taurus, perhaps the key is to determine the value and the quality of love you currently have for yourself, instead of expecting or demanding it from others.

During the current crescent lunar phase, there is an opportunity to transform subconscious values regarding financial resources and relationships, which can provide valuable emotional support and lead to a greater sense of self-esteem and confidence.  This will be highly significant on May 19, when the Moon in Leo interacts with the Sun in Taurus as a first-quarter lunar square, urging one to take actions based on emotions without knowing the outcome.  Which in essence, is an emotional leap of faith into the unknown.  So the question is, are you putting your faith in yourself or others?  Now is a great time to gain clarity about that question.  It will be useful information before you take the leap!

Later in the afternoon, the Moon ventures into methodical, detailed Virgo with a unique opportunity to gain information to manifest hopes, wishes, and dreams, with like-minded others.  So the next couple of days is a prime networking period to collaborate with others.  The caveat is that Mercury the ruler of Virgo is currently flying through Gemini, and is easily bored and distracted with laborious thought-provoking ideas.  The key is to make the connections now that will be instrumental later in getting ideas and projects off the ground.  Otherwise, challenges may be on the horizon as Virgo is adept at getting work done, while Gemini is all about play! To add to the initial challenging dynamics, Jupiter has just dived into the unconscious realms of Pisces, so maintaining a focus on details may also be more difficult now.   It is so much easier to drift away from the present, to imagine and dream the future.

On May 20, the Sun joins Mercury and Venus in Gemini and is more than ready to take off for sights unknown!  With recent restrictions lifted regarding social gatherings, there is likely a desire to venture together with others for some light-hearted fun, camaraderie, and innocent flirtations!  The caveat is that all of the information needed to make wise choices about the relaxed restrictions may not be currently available.  Thus the Moon in Virgo suggests that a prudent course of action is more responsible now, instead of throwing caution to the wind.

Fortunately, the Moon dances into Libra on the evening of May 21, offering a brief respite from the recent emotional drama trauma and communication challenges to interact with others in a casual and caring way.  However, there may also be mixed signals being sent and received if caring for others is misunderstood to be more than what is intended through flirtatious communication.

The celestial week of May 10, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in grounded, values conscious Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to seek the essential details of current situations about financial resources,  and self-values, disregarding frivolous thoughts of worry, concerns, or the opinions of others.  Instead, pay attention to the messages coming from dreams, meditations, and unknown sources to come up with new ideas to fertilize and grow the desires of the current solar phase until June 20, 2021.  The key to growing an abundant harvest now is to pull the weeds of worry and doubt with an attitude of gratitude and build a firm foundation of faith one day at a time.

Meanwhile, the Moon is also currently grazing in the pastures of Taurus, slumbering away as information floats through dreams, so sleeping late may be the start of a busy day.  However, upon waking notice the symbolism of the dream for a “heads up” insight about what has been hidden regarding emotional attachments to relationships and financial resources.

On the afternoon of May 11, the new moon cycle in Taurus begins with an opportunity to fertilize the seeds of intentions for the current solar year with spiritual awareness to transcend worries and give flight to the manifestation of those intentions with positive thoughts and values.

A huge planetary shift occurs on May 13, when Jupiter jumps into the ocean of Pisces for a brief time of exploration of the unconscious mind, artistic endeavors, and a huge opportunity to release and heal the past of victimization pertaining to home and family.  The initial window that Jupiter swims through Pisces is a brief one until July 28, when it will retrograde backing through Aquarius.  However, it is a preview of Jupiter in Pisces when it moves back into Pisces on December 28, 2021.

The celestial week of May 3, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in earthy and patient Taurus illuminating an opportunity of realization of at-one-ment with all forms of life, and a peaceful co-existence amongst beings on different levels of evolution. (1) There is also a sense of security that comes through self-sufficiency and being able to look after one’s affairs. Venus, the co-ruler of Taurus is also stationed in calm and dependable Taurus with the awareness of basic instincts to claim one’s due with an assertive attitude rooted in fairness and security. Venus, the queen of beauty is also showing off the natural beauty of the season with full blooming flowers and trees topping off lush green landscapes.

Meanwhile, the Moon has blown into unpredictable Aquarius with an air of emotional detachment regarding romantic relationships, children, and creativity. Saturn, the daily CEO of Aquarius is also flying through Aquarius with a strong determined detached attitude to cut through obstacles and get on with the job at hand. Whereas, Uranus the evolutionary ruler of Aquarius is tempted to demonstrate a lack of patience with emotions, commitments, and responsibilities, and unexpectantly head out for greener pastures of opportunities to experience the great talent, wealth, rewards, and gifts within. However, the key to open the treasure chest within lies in the recognition of self-values of worthiness to receive the gold within through the awareness that it is deserved by your unique individualization of the power and love of God within.

Later in the afternoon a third-quarter lunar phase between the Sun in Taurus and the Moon in Aquarius offers a window of opportunity to transform any subconscious values, by taking responsible actions and emotional detachment to create the parental model you need and desire to nurture the child within. The key is to decide what you need to feel that parental support and throw out the opinions of what others think you need.

Last but not least, before the day ends Mercury the planetary messenger flies into dualistic Gemini with a reminder to gather information from daily experiences about what needs to be done, repaired, or completed related to health, work, vehicles, computers, and travel plans in preparation for the upcoming Mercury retrograde cycle that begins in mid-May.

A peaceful emotional interlude begins in the late evening of May 4, as the Moon dives into the depths of oceanic Pisces, and begins to initiate a two-step dance between unconscious emotions, beliefs, and limiting decisions with conscious thoughts and communication. The caveat is that deep emotions are surfacing for resolution of healing through forgiveness of self and others, while Mercury in Gemini may not be paying attention to the messages that are coming through. The key to moving through potential emotional and mental conflicts is to glean the message that the emotion or feeling is intent on delivering, then consider what needs to be learned from the emotional feeling, release it and notice the physical energy that seems to rebound as a result.

The celestial week of April 26, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in earthy, grounded Taurus illuminating an opportunity to receive blessings from a “higher power” by giving respect and reverence to others. Venus, the widely accepted CEO of Taurus is also currently residing in stable Taurus with a strong determination to show confidence and hope for the future, as it currently braves the storm of reality. However, the Earth (which is opposite the Sun in the constellations and a strong contender for the rulership of Taurus) is moving through intense transformative Scorpio, with an underlying desire to get deep below the surface to determine what is truly occurring and to find the necessary solutions.

Meanwhile, the Moon is dancing through Libra as it attempts to avoid a challenging encounter with Pluto in Capricorn before it meets with Jupiter afterward. While the thought is appealing, it is unlikely as Pluto in authoritative Capricorn demands accountability, and while the Moon is adept in charming Libra to maneuver around compromising positions to achieve its agendas, it will only happen if responsible actions are demonstrated. Afterward, the Moon seeks solace and opportunities from Jupiter in Aquarius to expand the potential of its agendas, before it goes void of course shortly after the workday begins.

Just before lunch, the Moon slips below the horizon into secretive Scorpio to filter out the emotional wheat from the chaff pertaining to home and family matters. True to the nature of Scorpio, it suspects that something is hidden regarding relationships and financial resources, and to its credit, it is rarely wrong. The caveat is that once Scorpio feels that it is being deceived, it will not let go until all is revealed and punished.

As luck would have it revelations are definitely on the menu during the next couple of days, as the full Moon in Scorpio/Taurus illuminates the challenges that have been ongoing since February 17, when the first of three Saturn in Aquarius/Uranus in Taurus challenging aspects during 2021 occurred in relation to the beginning of the new Saturn/Uranus planetary cycle that began October 18, 1988, at 28 degrees of Sagittarius.

The journey of the new cycle began in the midst of the Galactic Center and a Pulsar at 26-28 degrees of Sagittarius. The nature of what occurred then was a huge opportunity to release old patterns, concepts, and ways of being which are limiting and being ferreted out for this and other lifetimes to enable the birthing of the Cosmic Child within, courtesy of the Galactic Center! The contribution of Pulsar 1749-28 at 28 degrees of Sag is to eliminate judgment and separation by releasing value judgments of right and wrong to come from the essence of pure truth.

Last but not least the degree symbolism of 28 Sagittarius is to find a bridge between fresh energetic aspirations, thoughts, emotions, and construction thoughts and activity. Fast forward to the present full moon phase at 7 degrees of Scorpio/Taurus which is a trigger to the Saturn/Uranus first quarter square on February 17, and the turning point in the Saturn/Uranus cycle to take a leap of active faith from the past into the future, to build a new reality of independence from outer circumstances which covertly seals the freedom of life that all are intended to have. The key is to become conscious of an innate ability inherited from the Creator and realize the potential of the power within to do so.

To put the full moon in context with the Saturn/Uranus cycle playing out now, it is actually an illumination of where collective consciousness is at the present moment in regards to birthing a new cycle of manifestation. The question is, now that you have it, what are you going to do with it?

Mars, the daily ruler of Scorpio has just swum into the shallow and vulnerable feeling pond of Cancer, so sensitive feelings from the unconscious may be surfacing for resolution. The key is to acknowledge them without indulging them to determine what needs to be learned in a desire to heal and release them to Pluto in Capricorn for transformative power.

During the full moon phase, another significant planetary dynamic happens as Pluto begins to retrograde back through Capricorn until October 5, 2021. The symbolism of this occurrence is an “ascent in consciousness.” How appropriate in light of the current circumstances of the world, as it suggests a period to reconsider what has transformed within you during this last year of separation from friends and family, and those things that have been familiar and comforting to you. Perhaps it is during this time that an opportunity of realization about the blessings and losses that have occurred during the pandemic, about what is truly important, and what is transitory.

On April 28, the Moon travels into fun-loving Sagittarius with an emotional desire to take a break from the recent intensity of the past few days. Unfortunately, the Sun, Uranus, Venus, and Mercury in Taurus take a dim view of perceived frivolous behaviors when there is work to be done, so the Moon in Sag will just have to hold their feet to the fire and accomplish the expected goals and commitment required. However, with an emotional attitude adjustment of a happy-go-lucky nature, the work gets done, and possibly a reprieve on April 29 to celebrate the victory of a job well done!

On April 30, the Moon begins to climb an emotional mountain of feelings related to creativity, romance, and children. While this can be an arduous task as the Moon travels through Capricorn, as it requires taking the focus off career concerns and ambitions. However, it also provides an opportunity to utilize those feelings to nurture the same goals and ambitions. Fortunately, the Moon now has assistance and support from the Sun, Uranus, Venus, and Mercury to glean the purpose, insights, values, and information from feelings to harvest the good from them for the intention of manifestation.

There may be some initial challenges from Mars in Cancer as unconscious angry feelings surface regarding family relationships, which may also precipitate an emotional sting when Chiron in Aries rips the bandaid off to expose the wound and whether it is healing or festering, from love or the lack of it. Regardless, as a loving parent of oneself, what action do you need to take to heal the wound and get on with a healthy, loving life?
