Cosmic Insights – September 13, 2021 September 12, 2021

The celestial week of September 13, 2021, begins with the Sun rising in practical and detailed Virgo illuminating an opportunity to bring order to chaos in life, through the give and take of unity and equality.  The significant keynote of today is also related to the ongoing chaos of humanity’s perspective on the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccinations as well as the underlying control issues surrounding them that have occurred under the recent energy and influence of the solar eclipse in Gemini on June 10, 2021. 

Gemini energy is indicative of ideas and concepts that quickly change as new information comes forth.  On June 10, 2021, the FDA announced: “that a COVID-19 vaccine for children was necessary because we are not past the pandemic.” (1)  On the same day, the CDC announced “that masks will no longer be ordered to wear in outdoor areas of public transportation.” (2)  

Now fast forward to the present day, and challenges are arising from those who refuse to conform to mandates regarding the vaccinations of school-age children, as well as requiring employers with more than one hundred employees will require them to be vaccinated or tested weekly. (3)  Needless to say, this dynamic will continue to play out until December 4, 2021, when the next solar eclipse occurs in Sagittarius.  However, the true underlying covert issue lies in the utilization of authoritative power to control the choices of humanity for the perceived good of the whole through fear.  As a result, the current resistance to feeling controlled will likely be experienced as a push back from the process, as the fixed star Denebola rises with the Sun in Virgo with a nonconformist attitude.

Mercury, the planetary agent for Virgo is currently maneuvering through “let’s get along” Libra suggesting that repercussions may be likely from going against the public tide of society.  However, Venus the queen of Libra is positioned in the powerful forces of Scorpio demonstrating the value of staying true to oneself through the light of personal consciousness and is more than ready to stand the ground of those principles.  Whereas, Mars the daily ruler of Scorpio is on the heels of leaving Virgo with a profound message regarding actions to listen to the voices of the ancestors who fought for the rights of freedom to make personal choices.

Meanwhile, the Moon in Sagittarius is gearing up with fueled emotions to communicate personal beliefs about the freedom to make those choices about home, family, and children.  As the Moon in Sag squares off later with the Sun in Virgo, actions will follow during the next couple of days as a symbolic leap of faith based on emotions without knowing the outcome!  The caveat is that Neptune is retrograde in Pisces and is also influencing choices, as illusions are being dispelled as covert agendas are revealed.

In the early hours of September 14, the Sun in Virgo opposes Neptune retrograde in Pisces, illuminating an opportunity to balance conscious ideas and thoughts with unconscious emotions to reveal the truth of ongoing relationship issues.  Another consideration for this annual event is to balance conscious thoughts with unconscious emotions so that thoughts and emotions work together as one instead of against one another.

Just after sunrise, the Moon shifts from emotional expansion to constriction as it moves into serious Capricorn, with a business attitude about home and family.  Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn is still retrograde in eclectic Aquarius, so plans are being made now for their execution on October 11, 2021, when Saturn moves forward.  

Fortunately, the Moon in Capricorn currently has support from Venus, Uranus, Neptune, the Sun, and Pluto to incorporate transformational values, unique resources, spiritual vision, realistic purpose, and authoritative power to move forward with plans regarding career moves and family matters.  

However, the agendas of Mercury in Libra may present challenges especially in light of Mercury being in the shadow of an upcoming retrograde cycle in Libra on September 27, 2021.  Then another series of challenges begins to occur later in the day when Mars moves into the commander-in-chief position of Libra.  The shifting energy of Mars into Libra is indicative of a six-week period in which it will be important to play well with others and to take actions regarding priorities with a cooperative attitude and win/win solutions.  Otherwise, Mars in Libra will engage Venus in Scorpio to work its mysterious magic to win at all costs!

On the midmorning of September 16, the Moon streaks into unpredictable Aquarius with an emotional desire to share emotional feelings from an insightful, yet detached perspective.  The Moon’s first planetary encounter is with Mars in Libra, so the sharing is amicable with like-minded others and friends.  However, hours later the lunar energy becomes challenging as the Moon in Aquarius runs into Venus in Scorpio who may feel threatened or territorial if significant others share their feelings with others, as the ugly head of jealousy rises up through fear or insecurity.  Yet, that will only serve to push the Moon to rebel and continue to do what it feels like, and let the chips fall where they may as both Saturn and Uranus, the co-rulers of Aquarius are both retrograde and unavailable to offer discipline or alternative solutions!

In the early hours of September 17, the Moon in Aquarius engages with the Sun in Virgo in a gibbous lunar phase which has inherent emotional wobble energy.  The caveat is that the emotional wobble of this gibbous phase may be intensified as the Sun in Virgo may be attempting to communicate personal values, which the Moon in Aquarius seeks to escape from!  Thus, the weekend may be filled with inescapable tension that builds with unpredictable results!
