Cosmic Insights – November 11, 2024 November 10, 2024

The celestial week of November 11, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in alchemical Scorpio illuminating an opportunity to reveal the mysteries of venturing down a sacred pathway of new possibilities and opportunities.  Mars, the daily manager of Scorpio is currently positioned in Leo highlighting the power to do so with courageous actions to assert one’s independence from social, inhibiting constraints.  Whereas, Pluto the transcendental CEO of Scorpio is finishing up a long sojourn in Capricorn with mastery control before it moves into eccentric, inventive, and intuitive Aquarius for the next twenty years!

The caveat is that the Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo have a natural tendency to square off with stubborn resistance if either feels that their position is not respected, that can have the effect of putting out the fire and the actions needed to keep it going! Fortunately, Pluto holds the power behind Scorpio and is opposing Mars in Leo, so this round goes to the Sun!

As the Sun travels through Scorpio symbolizing the power of transformation, the Earth resides in steadfast Taurus offering fleeting opportunities to ground values relative to the quality of life and the freedom to explore and enjoy it with others.

Meanwhile, the Moon has slipped into the oceanic waters of Pisces to assist the Sun in Scorpio to release a dam of repressed emotions regarding childhood and family experiences.    Fortunately, the Moon in Pisces is conducive to transcending traumatic or painful emotional experiences with alternative solutions such as counseling, meditation, music, hypnosis, or dreamwork, resulting in feeling well-nourished in an emotionally peaceful environment.

Shortly after or during lunch, Venus leaves opportunistic Sagittarius to seek stability in relationships, career and business success, and financial wealth, as it begins to climb the mountains of Capricorn.  The caveat is that Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn is currently retrograde in Pisces formulating dreams of success into plans and visions of expansive opportunities through the power of communication.

In the wee hours of November 12, the Moon drives into impulsive Aries with an emotional desire for some space from significant others to spend time with friends!  Mars the warrior of Aries and partner in crime is moving through daring Leo and is up for good and even dangerous actions to fuel the emotional drive of the Moon in Aries!  However, the Moon’s first planetary encounter is with Venus in Capricorn so challenges in relationships may be on the horizon if the Moon steps out with Mars for unknown adventures!

Shortly after breakfast, Mercury in Sagittarius squares off with Saturn retrograde in Pisces offering unsolicited personal opinions and beliefs about politics, legal situations, and spirituality to others who are uninterested!  As Saturn is doing the backstroke through Pisces, it has the effect of throwing water on Mercury’s fiery exuberant attitudes that may escalate into conflicts if Mercury in Sag feels that it is not being heard.

In the early hours of November 14, the emotional climate settles into calm, earthy Taurus with a desire to snuggle into a deep sleep of comfort and emotional reassurance that all is well, after ending the day with the Moon in Aries emotionally sparring with Pluto in authoritative Capricorn. Upon awakening, Venus in Capricorn appears with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate to begin the day before encountering Mars in Leo for round two!

On the morning of November 15, Saturn goes direct in Pisces with a list of meetings, agendas, and errands to get back on track with plans that have been on hold or moving in slow motion since late June.  Saturn has its work cut out initially handling delayed opportunities that Mercury in Sagittarius and Jupiter retrograde in Gemini have been discussing without taking the necessary actions to explore them in Saturn’s absence.
