The celestial week of August 10, 2026 begins with the Sun rising in magnificent Leo, illuminating an opportunity to use alchemy to transform the bare core metal of a heart of gold into a spiritual blueprint for inner awakening by stepping outside the usual rules and taking a risk. The caveat is the consideration of a deep unconscious desire of the ego to actualize the awakening with the Midas touch, to experience the lesson that gold cannot replace living things, bypassing the true opportunity to change their soul and, ultimately, its purpose.
Mercury, the planetary messenger, has also just entered into the heart of the lion with a mandate to discover the truth of what lies hidden within the heart as Jupiter in Leo heralds a new sunrise after the dark night of the soul with a glorious display of generosity or a parade to show off its grandeur.
Meanwhile, the Moon is sitting at 17 degrees of Cancer with an emotional feeling that small beginnings can lead to a beautiful flowering as seeds grow into knowledge and light. The 17th degree of Cancer is the same degree that Mercury went retrograde on June 29th so communication of feelings since then are being reflected now to either release or nurture them into an emotional garden of caring nurturing and support throughout the coming year as the Moon in Cancer is balsamic to the Sun in Leo, as both are positioned in their strongest ruling signs and the companion phase to the recent full moon in Leo/Aquarius. Thus, what was illuminated under the full moon then is available for the inherent gold of love within to be supported now. The key is to receive the best, and release the rest, instead of holding on to misunderstandings with false pride.
There are also three configurations in the sky at sunrise as two kites are formed with a five-point star contained within them. Looking at the star first represents the destiny of potential through triumph of spiritual power over mundane materialism. It emerges through the highest point of the star, which is Uranus in Gemini, with a message to contemplate whether the pursuit of material or spiritual wealth leads to experiencing financial success and the freedom that accompanies it, or becomes a potential fall from grace as the winds of change occur.
Uranus in Gemini is aligned favorably with Neptune retrograde in Aries, with the symbology that creative imagination may be the path to travel to discover the truth of what Mercury in Leo is illuminating. Whereas Venus in Libra points to potential collaborations that could result in financial prosperity, as Pluto retrograde in Aquarius backs it with the faith of transformation.
The caveat is that Venus will go retrograde on October 3rd, so collaborations that are being made now, or partnerships, could undergo an unraveling when Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio this fall. The key is to trust your gut instead of the surface of what it appears to be.
The two kites encompass the same planets as the star, yet the difference lies in the awareness and understanding of how to get the kites off the ground. The tail of the first kite is in the area of financial resources and relationships anchored by Venus, the queen of relating in Libra. Therefore, Venus, the planet of self-values, provides the aerodynamics and stability by adding drag and weight to the end of the planetary kite, through congruent self-values and win-win solutions to get the kite off the ground and in the air. However, Venus in Libra opposes Neptune retrograde in Aries in the area of financial support, or liability through partnerships. The key is to determine any covert agendas of partners, and whether they are committed to investing resources without a guaranteed return.
The tail of the second kite lies in the area of daily work routines, with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius holding down the fort. The caveat is Pluto retrograde in Aquarius is currently consolidating internal power until it goes direct on October 15th, and by then Venus will be retrograde in Scorpio. Thus, the wisest option now could be to utilize the resources of Venus to create harmonious relationships before she becomes uncooperative in the fall.
Minutes after midnight on August the 10th, challenges may arise in communication as Mercury in Leo unwittingly tugs on hidden relationship wounds personified by Chiron retrograde in Taurus about self-values. While Mercury in Leo may attempt to salvage the damage with a know-it-all egotistical attitude, communicating a heartfelt apology and understanding will be a healing path of forgiveness.
On the afternoon of August 10th, Venus in Libra and Neptune in Aries oppose each other with an opportunity to negotiate differences of values and behaviors with honest, direct communication, and could be the saving grace of relating if Neptune retrograde in Aries takes responsibility for elusive behaviors, and Venus in Libra holds boundaries to support the foundation of relationships.
In the early hours of August 11th, Mars settles down in a smouldering pond of emotional energy, opening a six-week window of pressure cooker energy regarding family, home and childhood. Mars has a tendency to demonstrate knee-jerk reactions when emotional boundaries are activated, and it won’t take much to trigger them as Neptune retrograde in Aries provides the matches to light the emotional fuse. Pluto retrograde in Aquarius doesn’t help either, with a detached, whatever attitude, as Mercury in Leo opposes it with an attitude of entitlement. Lastly, Venus in Libra is available to mediate and soothe the ruffled waters of Mars in Cancer, Neptune retrograde in Aries, and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius; if they are prepared to be accountable for emotional feelings that trigger behaviors, and the transformation of them.
On another note, the energy of these cosmic challenges is ripe ingredients for potential incidents of road rage, domestic violence, and family disputes. A few minutes later, the Moon blazes into warm-hearted Leo to join Mercury, Jupiter, and the Sun in Leo with an opportunity to demonstrate genuine love from the heart for oneself and others through the sharing of romantic feelings to sustain the fire of love, or throw cold water to put it out with the icy emotional detachment of Pluto retrograde in Aquarius.
Before the day ends, Mercury in Leo opposes Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, and the gloves may come off for an end-of-the-day drama as Mercury in Leo confronts the detached facade of Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, “I don’t care” attitude regarding romance, creativity, children, hopes, wishes, and dreams of the future.
For the grand cosmic finale of the week, a total eclipse in Leo occurs and is visible in Greenland, Iceland, and Spain, and will be viewed as a partial solar eclipse with coverage in the northern states of Alaska and parts of the northeast. Solar eclipses also appear to occur as a solidary event, when in actuality they are part of a much larger cycle of approximately 1226 to 1550 years or 12 to 15 centuries. During the total lifespan, it will produce 69 to 87 individual solar eclipses which repeat sequentially at intervals of one NASA Saros Cycle of 18 years, 11 days and 8 hours. (1) Solar eclipses either begin at the north or the south pole and wrap around the globe until they reach the opposite end of the pole.
This eclipse began March 10th, 1179, at the south pole and will not comp
lete until August 13th, 2423, when it reaches the north pole. South node eclipses are relationship-oriented, requiring compromises for balance. Each subsequent eclipse from the beginning to the end carries a similar pattern of energy that began at the initial eclipse. Due to the visible attraction of eclipses, the astrological meaning is often overlooked relative to the energy of the next six months. Thus, the Leo solar eclipse of 2026 is indicative of breaking free of a negative situation where no hope can be seen to a more positive space containing many options. The solution is shown by the cosmos and needs to be taken up without too much delay. (2)
The last eclipse in this particular series occurred August 1st, 2008, indicative of what occurred then, could happen again now as a similar echo from the past into the present. For instance, at the Libra new moon in September of 2008, the eclipse in August was a catalyst to trigger a global financial crisis as a US credit and housing system became a toxic, suffocating gridlock. Thus, there may be shifts coming with the economy during these next six months.
On a personal level, the solar eclipse occurs in Leo along with Mercury and Jupiter. The key to moving through the next six months lies in the awareness of what is truly gold in your life and may be reminiscent of events that occurred in 2008. The caveat is that all that glitters is not gold, and the awareness of what or who is truly valuable in life will be the difference that makes a difference until February 2027, and the next 18 years!
In the early hours of August 13th, the Moon moves quickly into logical thinking Virgo, offering an opportunity to process emotional feelings in an effort to make sense of them. However, Mercury, the CEO of Virgo, is moving through romantic Leo, so attempting to analyze feelings instead of feeling them may be a futile exercise between the head and the heart, with the heart winning out.

The celestial week of August the 3rd, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in majestic Leo, illuminating an opportunity to rise above superficiality into receptivity and peace with others. The true power of the Sun’s placement in Leo lies in its undiluted state of energy, as it does not filter the expression of the energy through other planets.
However, other planets either fall in alignment with its power or run the risk of burning up in its intensity. For a moment, stop and consider that without the energy of the Sun, complex life on Earth could not exist. Thus, the creative process of life exists in all humanity as a power to create life with an intentional purpose of sustainment. Leo energy either manifests as a warm heart offering unconditional love for all life, magnetizing to it all it desires, or the ego that doesn’t recognize that all life is interconnected, thus losing true power of heartfelt integration to the illusion of the superior ego.
Currently, the Sun is positioned between Jupiter in Leo and Venus in conscious Virgo. Jupiter personifies the expansion principle, so now everything appears larger than life and perhaps too good to be true behind the radiation of the Sun. As the Sun in Leo moves toward Venus in Virgo, it is shining a light on how to let go of relationships and resources that don’t stand up to the scrutiny of the Venus ideal of perfection. The caveat is that what is released prematurely before the ideal can come to a state of perfection may not be able to be salvaged once Venus retrogrades into Libra on October 3rd, 2026.
Therefore, the key is to not throw the baby out with the bath water, but to consider the value of the baby first. First of all, the dirty bath water and the baby are internal projections about personal values, so cleaning up the projections can reveal self-values so others don’t have to be sacrificed to retain personal illusory values.
Is that a lot to digest? Absolutely! Yet, this upcoming Venus retrograde cycle is not for the faint of heart, as Venus in Libra will begin evaluating relationships for their worthiness before Venus retrograde in Scorpio will force a complete overhaul of the hidden undercurrents of love, power, and self-worth demanding absolute vulnerability and truth of the shadow within about a fear of emotional or financial loss, that can only be denied and continued throughout relationships; or transformed as the Phoenix rises from the ashes.
Meanwhile, the Moon is blazing through impetuous Aries, with a desire to move forward emotionally, adopting an adaptive, optimistic attitude to explore broader emotional horizons. Mars is the CEO of Aries and is currently blowing through the winds of communicative Gemini to trim off the bare reality of emotional feelings by editing words, thoughts, emotions, and superfluous things that are emotional weeds that threaten the harvest of a beautiful emotional garden. Mars in Gemini then elicits the assistance of Mercury in Cancer to have the faith of opportunities manifesting on the horizon through caring communication.
Then, shortly after lunch, Chiron, the wounded healer, begins to retrograde in Taurus, the keeper of values. Oh my, time for all the hidden lions, tigers, and bears to present themselves in the context of daily life to discern through Venus in Virgo for their quality and worthiness. The key to the discernment of Venus in Virgo now lies in the feelings connected to their values. If it feels right, it goes on the plus side of Venus in Virgo’s accounting process. If not, it goes on the minus side with the caveat that the Venus retrograde cycle will reveal what is hidden relative to those values.
On the evening of August 4th, the Moon slowly moves into gentle Taurus, offering an opportunity to reflect on emotional values that soothe the soul through the caring communication of shared feelings.
Upon waking on August 5th, it can be a vault of silent strength to persevere as challenges related to power, hopes, wishes, dreams, and the pursuit of creative projects as power plays present themselves for a piece of the pie or the long-term inherent value. The key is to listen with what feels right, seek options, and hold boundaries with a fierce yet kind determination.
On the afternoon of August 6th, Venus dances into graceful Libra to determine the validity of career projects that may be delayed due to a difference of values. The key is to find the balance between true value and covert projected agendas.

The celestial week of July 27, 2026 begins with the Sun rising in charismatic Leo, gloriously gracing the dawn, illuminating expansive opportunities to move forward by jumping into a void with an open heart and no attachment to outcomes. Jupiter, the king of the skies, is also aligned with the Sun in Leo, indicating choices between the established and innovative creative path to actualize the power of those opportunities during the next 12 years.
Meanwhile, the Moon is emotionally climbing a Capricorn mountain of success to pursue life’s goals and riches with emotional commitment. Whereas Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn and the planet of commitment and self-imposed limitations, began to retrograde on the afternoon of July 26, revising the structures of one’s daily being as a CEO, creating personal reality amid an abundance of available choices. The key is to consciously use intentional actions to avoid becoming overwhelmed by societal expectations and unconsciously selling one’s soul in the process. Whereas emotional, instinctive feelings are a guide to small, careful beginnings leading to a beautiful flowering of expansion.

The challenge lies in having the courage to take the emotional risks of conveying sensitive vulnerabilities without reservation.

The celestial week of July 6, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally charged Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to enjoy the good fortune of returning to work after a celebration of pleasure and satisfaction. The ruler of Cancer is governed by the Moon, currently void of course, in ethereal Pisces, reflecting the fullness and fertility of abundance, as an ocean of emotions floods the central nervous system with genuine gratitude for life’s blessings.
Whereas Jupiter, the daily CEO of Pisces, is riding high in the sky in charismatic Leo, paying homage to the fixed star Sirius in the constellation of Canis Major, known as the Dog Star, or the Shining One. Sirius is the brightest star in the sky as a beacon to fame and honor when the mundane is made sacred. The brilliance of its life is secondary to the Sun and embraces a powerful energy of integrity and honest intent. The power of it can be difficult to handle, so the key is to honor the intensity with the Earth currently in Capricorn by grounding it with simple pleasures to raise the Spirit with caring shows of affectionate concern as a responsibility to oneself and others.
Meanwhile, the Moon is void of course in Pisces until it races into action-oriented Aries during the mid-morning as the Moon reflects feelings of sharing ideas and connections through Mars in Gemini, aligning with Uranus in Gemini with high-voltage emotional energy charging off in two directions simultaneously. The caveat is that a high voltage of emotions is flowing through Mercury retrograde in Cancer, without an emotional filter, which may become overwhelming.
In the early hours of July 7, 2026, Neptune, the planet of spirituality, visionary dreams, artists, and transcendental love, begins to retrograde back through Aries, the spiritual warrior. The retrograde motion of any planet is like driving down a road with your mind made up with a decision and then realizing you forgot something at home, so you have to turn around and go back for it, only to realize that it was with you all the time. Neptune is the idealistic fog that can lead to confusion when it’s moving forward. Now that Neptune is moving backwards, the fog begins to clear.
Thus, now actions can be taken with greater clarity until 12-12-26, when Neptune goes direct. The caveat is that Neptune retrograde in Aries moves the energy through Mars in Gemini, which can scatter mental thoughts like butterflies in motion, only to be compounded with Mercury retrograde in Cancer. Hence, communicating emotions reflects the essence of thoughts filtered through sensitive feelings that change every two and a half days.
Sounds like a bad dream or a hangover. So the remedy is to love yourself, be kind to others, and seek guidance from within to heal emotional wounds that may stem from many lifetimes.
On the afternoon of July 8, 2026, the Moon moves into calm and gentle Taurus, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and release emotions without cluttering the mind with unnecessary chatter to fill the silence, so that the mind can process feelings through the heart as a balm to soothe the soul.

The celestial week of March 23rd, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in action-oriented Aries, illuminating an opportunity to get the motors running to gratify desires instantly. However, Mars, the driver of Aries, is drifting through elusive Pisces with emotional confusion about the destination and or a lack of motivation or momentum. While this can become frustrating about being ready to go but having to wait for the driver to show up, the key is to continue focusing on the desires with the faith that everything is working out as it’s meant to, and that delays don’t mean desires aren’t working out; they just need more time. The caveat is that four planets in fire and three in water can simulate a pressure-cooker energy, so turning down the volume can help offset potential explosions.
As Mars is positioned in the spiritual sign of Pisces, now is a great time to create vision boards, engage in mindful meditation, or use hypnosis to guide the unconscious mind in the appropriate direction, rather than indulging in victimization or feeling lost about which direction to pursue.
Meanwhile, the Moon is breezing through Gemini with an emotional need to connect with Neptune, Saturn, and the Sun in Aries about new ideas to pursue and manifest their desires and dreams quickly. The celestial week of March 9th, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in spiritual Pisces, illuminating an opportunity to experience a transfer of higher knowledge and wisdom from Jupiter, the resident daily CEO of Pisces, which is retrograde in Cancer, and assisting the opportunity by gaining control of one’s inner and emotional life to overcome obstacles.
Meanwhile, the Moon is finishing up a visit in transformational Scorpio after standing up for those in its care with Uranus in Taurus relative to self-values and resources. Both the Moon in Scorpio and Uranus in Taurus are currently being challenged by the recent solar eclipse in Aquarius to transform values with peaceful actions, or suffer the consequences of the chaos that comes with violating the boundaries of others.
By mid-morning, the Moon jumps headlong into expansive Sagittarius with excessive optimism about daily routines and new adventures, without checking first if there’s a safety net. Fortunately for the Moon in Sagittarius, there is immediate support from Neptune, Saturn, and Venus in Aries, as well as Pluto in Aquarius, to go the distance before encountering confusing challenges with the Sun, Mars, and Mercury retrograde in Pisces.
By the end of the day on March 10th, the Moon in Sagittarius is blessed with Jupiter, the CEO of Sagittarius, moving forward in Cancer, on huge opportunities that have been on the back burner since November of 2025. The celestial week of March 2nd, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in magical, mystical Pisces, illuminating an opportunity to prove oneself through an initiation for entrance into higher realms of being. Jupiter, the daily coach of Pisces, is supportive of the opportunity with emotional encouragement to gain control of one’s inner and outer life.
Meanwhile, the Moon is finishing up a visit through dramatic Leo with a confrontational nod to Mars in Aquarius about creating unnecessary and unpredictable chaos behind the scenes relative to unsupervised reckless actions that may play out on the world stage during the next few years. The Moon in Leo is adept at getting attention with theatrical emotions, so the silver lining during this lunar gibbous phase with the Sun in Pisces could be the emotional wobble off the path with the awareness that enough is enough of the great reality/survivor real-life drama going on now.
Shortly after the Moon leaves commanding Leo, it heads for earthly-bound Virgo with a mental to-do list to organize and clean up the ongoing chaos resulting from the restless actions of runaway trains. The celestial week of February 23rd, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in spiritual Pisces, illuminating an opportunity to experience exchanges of spiritual knowledge through prayer, meditation, dreams, artistic creation, hypnosis, and or Divine Intervention to gain control of one’s inner and outer mind through emotional nurturing. Jupiter, the daily manager of Pisces, is currently wading into the emotional waters of Cancer, offering a chance to heal the emotional wounds of childhood, parenting, and dysfunctional family dynamics with the courage and desire to let go of what didn’t work for you personally, with the awareness that caretakers do the best they can with the resources they have, even if it wasn’t what you needed at the time. The difference between then and now is that you have the power to parent yourself and be the CEO of your personal hopes, wishes, and dreams, courtesy of Neptune and Saturn in Aries!
Meanwhile, the moon is strolling through the fields of Taurus with a time out from emotional stress to savor the peace found within by transcending worries through spiritual awareness and a renewed faith in life’s circumstances. While there may be a few kinks in the afternoon regarding resistant attitudes demonstrated by unpredictable behaviors about relationships and or financial resources, it is merely a bump in the road that can be maneuvered successfully with conservative actions and a reminderof consequences. Respectful boundaries are the key. Otherwise, unpredictable and costly results may come as a byproduct of impulsiveness and or inconsideration of others.
Later in the evening, the Moon leaves the peaceful emotional sanctuary of Taurus to enter the territory of duality in consciously communicative Gemini. Now that the dust has settled on recent emotional turbulence, the Moon in Gemini is ready to talk it out. Yet Mercury, the planetary messenger of Gemini, is in the shadow of a retrograde cycle in Pisces and is more inclined to let sleeping dogs lie for the time being, which is probably for the best, as miscommunicated feelings may only add additional confusion without immediate resolution. A wiser option is to give it at least three days to sort it out before engaging in the sharing of touching emotional feelings, as the moon in Gemini may be at cross purposes with the Sun in Pisces and the values of Venus in Pisces. Thus, communicating them through Mercury in Pisces may only convolute the information instead of clarifying it.
Before the day ends on February 25th, the Moon slips into the watery pond of Cancer to rinse off the residue of emotional exhaustion of the past few days before drifting off into a restful sleep to avoid a potential confrontation with Saturn and Neptune in Aries. However, it may be better to meet it head-on before Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces in a couple of hours.
Once the retrograde of Mercury in Pisces begins shortly after midnight on February 26th, miscommunication on the home front may become a catalyst for continued confusion in significant relationships relative to the desire for personal independence to manifest hopes, wishes, and dreams that may not pertain to or involve significant others.
The turning point arrives on March 20th when Mercury moves forward in Pisces, yet complete clarity does not arrive until April 9th when Mercury leaves the shadow of the retrograde cycle.
In the mid-morning hours of February 27th, Mars in Aquarius challenges Uranus in Taurus to demonstrate the value of its convictions about circumstances, such as financial resources and relationships behind the scenes. Otherwise, Mars in unpredictable Aquarius may demonstrate a volatile reaction to them. This is symbolic of a daring situation where no one wins because everyone involved is going to get hurt with risky action-oriented behaviors. By the end of the day, an opportunity for peace occurs to prevail based on the values of working together instead of against one another, that take hold with a Venus and Mercury union in spiritual Pisces.

The celestial week of February 16, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in abstract-thinking Aquarius, illuminating an opportunity to gather resources in preparation for the storms of enlightenment on the horizon, as new technological changes are generating unknown pathways into the future. One of the precursors occurred on February 15, when the Sun in Aquarius challenged Uranus in Taurus, by shattering the illusions of stability in relationships, when one is evolving with the changes, while the other chooses not to. The characteristics of Aquarius have a shattering effect similar to unpredictable lightning strikes that demolish old-standing structures to make a path for new beginnings. While it is never easy to let go of comfortable circumstances, it is often necessary for new growth.
Saturn, the daily manager of Aquarius, began dropping those illusions on February 13, when it moved into independent fiery Aries. Saturn is the planetary responsible authoritarian, while Aries is the pioneer of the zodiac, preferring to make decisions that affect others without consideration, as it is impulsive and moves quickly into action, without always considering the long-term consequences of those actions.
