The celestial week of July 6, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally charged Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to enjoy the good fortune of returning to work after a celebration of pleasure and satisfaction. The ruler of Cancer is governed by the Moon, currently void of course, in ethereal Pisces, reflecting the fullness and fertility of abundance, as an ocean of emotions floods the central nervous system with genuine gratitude for life’s blessings.
Whereas Jupiter, the daily CEO of Pisces, is riding high in the sky in charismatic Leo, paying homage to the fixed star Sirius in the constellation of Canis Major, known as the Dog Star, or the Shining One. Sirius is the brightest star in the sky as a beacon to fame and honor when the mundane is made sacred. The brilliance of its life is secondary to the Sun and embraces a powerful energy of integrity and honest intent. The power of it can be difficult to handle, so the key is to honor the intensity with the Earth currently in Capricorn by grounding it with simple pleasures to raise the Spirit with caring shows of affectionate concern as a responsibility to oneself and others.
Meanwhile, the Moon is void of course in Pisces until it races into action-oriented Aries during the mid-morning as the Moon reflects feelings of sharing ideas and connections through Mars in Gemini, aligning with Uranus in Gemini with high-voltage emotional energy charging off in two directions simultaneously. The caveat is that a high voltage of emotions is flowing through Mercury retrograde in Cancer, without an emotional filter, which may become overwhelming.
In the early hours of July 7, 2026, Neptune, the planet of spirituality, visionary dreams, artists, and transcendental love, begins to retrograde back through Aries, the spiritual warrior. The retrograde motion of any planet is like driving down a road with your mind made up with a decision and then realizing you forgot something at home, so you have to turn around and go back for it, only to realize that it was with you all the time. Neptune is the idealistic fog that can lead to confusion when it’s moving forward. Now that Neptune is moving backwards, the fog begins to clear.
Thus, now actions can be taken with greater clarity until 12-12-26, when Neptune goes direct. The caveat is that Neptune retrograde in Aries moves the energy through Mars in Gemini, which can scatter mental thoughts like butterflies in motion, only to be compounded with Mercury retrograde in Cancer. Hence, communicating emotions reflects the essence of thoughts filtered through sensitive feelings that change every two and a half days.
Sounds like a bad dream or a hangover. So the remedy is to love yourself, be kind to others, and seek guidance from within to heal emotional wounds that may stem from many lifetimes.
On the afternoon of July 8, 2026, the Moon moves into calm and gentle Taurus, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and release emotions without cluttering the mind with unnecessary chatter to fill the silence, so that the mind can process feelings through the heart as a balm to soothe the soul.

The celestial week of June 29, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in emotional, ambitious Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to emotionally digest and emulate a higher vibration of energy by projecting into the future a higher sense of being or thinking forward into a greater quality of life. Whereas the planetary ruler of Cancer has just entered business-oriented Capricorn in a gibbous lunar phase with the sun in Cancer, reflecting an emotional wobble relative to career success and goals that nurture one’s emotional feelings to create the manifestation of those goals. The significance of the Moon’s position now suggests seeking a sanctuary so that feelings can be harnessed to ensure a secure foundation for the goals to unfold over the next 30 years. Saturn is the CEO of Capricorn and is positioned in entrepreneurial Aries with take-charge actions for forward movement.
Meanwhile, Mars, the warrior of Aries, has just shifted from steadfast Taurus into quick-thinking Gemini until July 11th. Mars made the shift in the afternoon hours of June 28, when Mars in Gemini picked up the ball that Taurus held onto to score victories through communication. Gemini energy is dualistic in nature, offering two sides of the coin, and is the core of whether one is at cause or effect in life choices. The caveat is that Mercury, the fleet-footed messenger of Gemini, is stationary retrograde in emotionally sensitive Cancer until 12:32 p.m., when it appears to begin moving backwards through Cancer. Thus, emotional feelings are bringing forth information about home, family, and career to take action on courtesy of Mars in Gemini. Yet, herein lies the rub. Mercury is retrograde during the next three weeks, so travel plans, particularly by vehicle, may run into traffic snafus. Contracts or projects started may be initiated with emotions instead of logical rationale, leading to buyer’s remorse or regrets.
The key is to give everything a three-day grace period before making career commitments, home purchases, or big decisions influenced by emotions. Something you don’t know initially will be revealed emotionally within three days after the project or purchase is initiated, and if it feels right, go for it.
Later in the evening, as the Sun is setting into a scarlet rose hue filling the sky, a full moon phase occurs between the Sun in Cancer and the Moon in Capricorn The Sabian symbols project a beautiful symbology as the Moon in Capricorn reflects the position of the Sun in Cancer to embrace the essence of being at one with everything, while grasping for abstract ideals to convey elusive feelings, and maintaining emotional balance in reality. The key is to refrain from emotionally buying into the full moon as a context for confrontations within oneself or with others. The purpose of the Sun is to illuminate. Pisces can personify a depth of healing in the context of unity or allow the sands of time to be swept away without concern if Jupiter in Leo trumps the privilege of freedom.

The celestial week of June 22, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally sensitive Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to observe one’s personal reality with heightened emotional awareness. The Sun’s entry into Cancer on June 21, 2026, marks a turning point in the Sun’s annual journey through the constellations and is known as the summer solstice. The word solstice means “sun standing still”, before it begins its descent into the northern hemisphere, symbolizing that it is a time to pause and determine a course of action to reorient the focus of one’s intentions, based on the information gathered in the past 45 days, from the perspective of the solar cycle begun at the Spring Equinox.
This is the first quarter phase, where one separates from the whole to seek individuality. It is a time to step out and achieve without all the human support that you desire. The actions taken during this phase are based on emotions without knowing the outcome. Jupiter, Mercury, and the Sun are in the emotional sign of Cancer now, so emotional energy may run high during this cycle and change every two and a half days as the Moon changes astrological signs. Therefore, it is important to align one’s emotions to the highest intention of the desired outcome.
In this particular solar phase, the Moon is paramount as it lends its influence to the emotional qualities of this 45-day cycle. The Moon is in analytical Virgo at the Solstice, bringing forth an opportunity to communicate emotions with clarity. As Mercury, the ruler of Virgo, is traveling through Cancer, it is a mutual reception with the Moon in Virgo, as they rule each other’s astrological signs, the Moon being ruled by Cancer and Virgo being ruled by Mercury. So it will be easier to communicate emotions and feelings until June 29th, when Mercury goes retrograde in Cancer. Therefore, between now and then, it is an opportunity to communicate feelings regarding family, home, and children, to facilitate healing during the next 12 years.
Meanwhile, the Moon is gliding through relationship-oriented Libra, focusing on a home filled with love and comfort to return to and breathe life into creations through Venus, the queen of Libra, as it moves through glorious Leo.
However, the feminine planetary archetypes of the sky have their work cut out for them during the next couple of days as they mediate potential challenges and confrontations. The celestial week of July 7, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in sensitive, caring Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to gain control over one’s inner and outer life by opening one’s heart to new realizations about relating. The caveat is that the caretaker of Cancer is the Moon, who is traveling through enthusiastic Sagittarius with an emotional need to expand creative horizons, instead of wading into a deep pond of emotions to explore feelings relative to childhood, home, and family.
Yet, Jupiter, the philosophical ruler of Sagittarius, has just relocated to Cancer and is stirring up unresolved or unhealed emotional experiences of the past twelve years for resolutions, so that new growth, expansion, and opportunities can be cultivated.
However, as the Moon in Sagittarius and Jupiter in Cancer are exchanging astrological signs, they are inclined to work together to release emotional issues. Although each one goes about it differently, it requires a shift of perception from each to obtain the desired results. Thus, teasing fun may soothe abrupt emotional outbursts to relieve the building tension.
If there seems to be an unpredictable shift in the air over impending changes, it could be because Uranus arrived in Gemini before the sun came up, where it will reside until November 2025, before it retrogrades back into earthly, calm Taurus until April 2026.
Hence, there is a four-month preview of which way the winds of change are blowing relative to information, broadcasting, freedom of speech, air travel, AI, electronic devices, and unpredictable weather events due to air, water, and fire that erupts uncontrollably.
The key to navigating Uranus in Gemini during the next several years, who is in cahoots with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, and Saturn and Neptune in Aries, is in the awareness and power of thoughts, language, actions, vision, and responsibility to create the nature of personal and collective reality.
On a personal level, shifts in consciousness occur with curiosity, intuitive insights, fearless actions, inspirational visions, and responsible attitudes can lead to the quick development of innovative ideas and projects.
On a collective level, the last time Uranus traveled through Gemini was between 1941 – 1949, which included the end of WW II, the beginning of the Cold War, and the start of the nuclear age. There were also significant developments in radio broadcasting, computers, and early forms of mass media, among many other changes in revolutionary technology.
By the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, the country and the birthchart of the United States of America were born, with Uranus in Gemini. With this evolutionary planet in the airy sign of Gemini, liberty, freedom, and equality would become the foundation of a nation worth fighting for and preserving. Every eighty-four years after the USA would be involved in a war protecting those freedoms. In 1775-1783, it was the American Revolutionary War, in 1861-1865, the American Civil War, and in 1939-1945, World War II.
As Uranus travels through Gemini between July 2025-2033, will there be another chapter in history about the war in the US for equality, or will war become obsolete as a folly of superiority? Perhaps, the answer lies in the heart and mind of every citizen in the United States as humanity collectively and consciously creates a reality of peace or passively allows unlearned lessons from the past to continue influencing the present.
In the early hours of July 9, the Moon begins to climb an emotional mountain of Capricorn to establish an appropriate protocol of respect for relating as an acceptable code of conduct for all ages. The fly in the ointment is that Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn, is impulsively racing through hair-trigger Aries without a thought or plan for the consequences, instead of leading with authority. Saturn in Aries tends to take everything personally, resorting to temper tantrums when it has to obey the rules.
However, Mars is the superintendent of Aries and is positioned in conscious Virgo, to assist the Moon in Capricorn with wayward, unruly adults acting like children. Yet, Mercury, the messenger of Virgo, is in the shadow of its upcoming retrograde cycle, so addressing resistance from the heavy-handed behaviors of Saturn in Aries, aided by Neptune in Aries. Thus, it may require a great deal of patience and perseverance to gain any traction. There may be some relief when Saturn joins Neptune in retrograde motion on July 12.
The full moon occurs on July 10, as the Sun in Cancer opposes the Moon in Capricorn, illuminating the cooperation necessary to commit to relieving responsible adults from carrying the weight of responsibility for adult children.
The emotional climate shifts unexpectedly after lunch on July 11, as the Moon announces its presence in emotionally detached Aquarius. The Moon’s first planetary encounter is with Saturn in Aries, followed by Neptune in Aries, with intuitive insights to shift the current narrative of reckless behaviors. The Moon then aligns with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius to strategize power moves to regain control without appearing to.

The celestial week of June 30, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in ambitious Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to learn lessons about what is and what isn’t possible, to achieve desires of emotional security and stability. As the Sun in Cancer is highly sensitive to the emotions of others, it can often assume the emotions of others without being consciously aware that the emotions being felt are not its own. Hence, the protective shell that the Cancer crab wears as armor to safeguard their internal feelings.
The Moon is the caretaker of Cancer and is traveling through methodical Virgo, assessing whose feelings they are experiencing, if they don’t feel familiar or have a reason to feel them. Mercury is the communicator of Virgo and began the Mercury retrograde cycle in powerful Leo this morning, before the Sun came up. Therefore, communication is in the spotlight until September 2, when it moves into Virgo to make sense of events and circumstances occurring during the summer.
When Mercury is in grandstanding Leo, it can bite off more than it can chew in the context of creativity, children, and romantic relationships. During this time, it is easy to jump on the rah-rah bandwagon without having the correct information required to address agendas and objections. Thus, it is wise between now and September 2 to research ideas, contacts, and the pros and cons of ideas, plans, and projects before committing to them, as the initial stage of the Mercury retrograde now is a preview of the cycle when it goes retrograde on July 17, 2025.
Therefore, plans for vacations, weddings, entertainment festivals, and child-related activities are on center stage relative to potential issues around travel delays and miscommunication. This Mercury retrograde cycle may also reflect going over budgets with extravagant purchases to impress others or elevate one’s status.
As the Moon continues to travel through Virgo until the afternoon of July 1, it is wise to check and double-check the clarity of emotional communication to avoid any errors of assumptions. It is also a great time to gauge the maintenance needs or requirements of vehicles relative to engines overheating, before Mercury goes retrograde, as Mars is in Virgo, and repairs will likely be reasonable and done with precision.
When the Moon enters relationship and values-conscious Libra on the afternoon of July 1, a mixed bag of emotional responses, reactions, conflicts, confrontations, and attitude adjustments is on the menu!
The Moon begins the Libra dance of emotional relating with Saturn and Neptune in Aries to request their participation in agendas, projects, and plans, which they are not on board with. Therefore, it may feel like doors are closing regarding supportive assistance, as calls, texts, and emails go unanswered, which could set up confrontations if the Moon in Libra were unpolitically correct.
However, it is, and the Moon in Libra is undeterred as it assigns Saturn and Neptune to the back burner, while moving on to Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, who is usually more likely to get on board with the Moon in Libra, yet is it retrograde so that may be another softer no until the fall season.
The Moon in Libra then approaches the Sun and Jupiter in Cancer for support, which it may get if it sweetens the connection with a commitment to take care of the process from start to finish. Otherwise, it could become a conflict if the Moon expects to disarm with charm instead of responsibility.
The Moon then attempts to gain access to Mercury in Leo, who has become unobtainable until August 25! Last but not least, the Moon in Libra delivers a too good to be true campaign to Venus and Uranus in Taurus for financial support, but only receives attitude adjustments for its efforts!
Finally, the Moon in Libra gets the drift that taking time off now to regroup a better strategy for success is the best use of time and energy!
The intensity of the emotional landscape shifts significantly in the early hours of July 4, when the Moon slips into the subconscious terrain of Scorpio to investigate what is being emotionally hidden. The Moon in Scorpio has a laser and uncanny sense when something is not transparent, and will be like a dog on a bone until it is!
Mars is the daily supervisor of Scorpio and is in Virgo, taking the day off for a long weekend off to celebrate the 4th of July, until it is potentially called back for duty on the home front. While Mercury, the messenger of Virgo, is in grandiose Leo, putting on a show as a distraction to hide what is going on, and will begin to be revealed on July 17, when Mercury goes retrograde.
A few hours later, the United States begins a new solar return cycle for 2025-2026, with an appearance of shining a light on what is going on behind the scenes, relative to its strength and power as a nation. The Moon in Scorpio in the US return is powerfully covert in keeping secrets about what is being carried on under the guise of its citizens, who are trusting what is communicated less and paying more attention to actions.
Shortly after, Venus and Uranus unite in calm and peace-loving Taurus with an evolutionary agenda of unpredictable changes relative to values and freedom to be played out on a world stage!
Fortunately, before lunch, Venus moves out of earthy Taurus to fly into fun-loving, mischievous, and flirty Gemini to lighten the seriousness of recent news cycles! Although Venus in Gemini will likely take the edge off of mounting tensions of the summer season, a goddess can only do so much on her own! So, Venus will do her best to engage the assistance of Mercury in Leo to join her for some much-needed comedic, theatrical relief!
