Cosmic Insights – November 25, 2024

The celestial week of November 25, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in expansive Sagittarius illuminating an opportunity to make genuine progress relative to hitting the mark of intentions during the current third quarter lunar phase of the recent new moon cycle in Scorpio. The caveat is that Jupiter the ruling planet of Sagittarius is currently retrograde in Gemini, indicating that others who aligned with the intentions have decided to hold off for the time being instead of moving forward.
Whereas, Mercury the planetary messenger of Gemini is stationed in Sagittarius (without movement) before it goes retrograde later this evening, thereby also currently unavailable to assist with the manifestation of those intentions.
However, all is not lost, merely delayed. The inherent blessing is an opportunity to realign the focus of the intentions until the energy is congruent to move forward with a more specific and realistic target date of accomplishment.
Meanwhile, the Moon has just gracefully stepped into politically correct Libra with an agenda to gain power in the corporate world through win/win solutions that demonstrate financial results of gain. The agenda lies in gaining the support of the Sun in Sagittarius, Mars in Leo, and Pluto in Aquarius to support the agenda with expansive, powerful actions of success.
While the support of the Sun, Mars, and Pluto may open powerful connections of networking with others, the Moon in Libra has to match wits with its planetary ruler Venus in Capricorn, over challenges regarding financial resources and investments. Saturn in Pisces, Neptune retrograde in Pisces, and Uranus retrograde in Taurus are not easily won over by the charm of the Moon in Libra if the vision of projects and long-term values are not met.
Later in the evening, Mercury in Sagittarius begins to retrograde suggesting that potential changes are on the horizon about people leaving the old behind to pursue a new life in a new place. Yet, the retrograde of Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius and Jupiter retrograde in Gemini may also be an indication about jumping the gun before it is time. Sagittarius is considered as being in charge of international cultures, travel, the legal system, philosophies, higher education, and beliefs. Whereas, Mercury pertains to the logistics of travel, communication, schedules, and plans. Thus, holiday festivities, travel plans, and expansive projects may go awry due to unpredictable weather and circumstances.
The blessing of this mixed bag of retrogrades is that even though Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius and Jupiter retrograde in Gemini are covertly assisting one another as they are in mutual reception. Thus, an opportunity is present to balance both sides of the same coin by the exchange of different perceptions!
On the evening of November 27, the Moon bounces out of optimistic Sagittarius to don the cloak of secretive Scorpio with an opportunity to release negative emotions related to past holiday celebrations with an attitude of gratitude for the lessons learned and the awareness that forgiveness frees the past so that the present can be a gift given and received. The celestial week of November 18, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in potentially explosive Scorpio, illuminating a smoldering, volcanic energy that threatens to erupt when it feels that it is not heard courtesy of the transcendental ruler Pluto! Mars, the daily ruler of Scorpio, is moving through courageous Leo and stands at the edge of the volcano with a decision to continue standing still or crossing over it without going down in the flames if it erupts before Pluto moves into icy Aquarius on November 14.
As Mars in Leo tends to rush into battle where angels fear to tread, the likelihood of taking a chance is evident, with a slight hesitation as Pluto is still in Capricorn demonstrating the ability of mastery control.
Meanwhile, the Moon has just plunged into the emotional pond of watery Cancer with an opportunity to transform subconscious emotions related to home and family with a relentless power to weather the storms of opposition between Jupiter retrograde in Gemini and Mercury in Sagittarius as the two at odds with a difference of opinions and information about what is required to balance current dilemmas that appears to be overwhelming. Fortunately, the overwhelm subsides as an agreement to come to a reasonable consensus occurs with Venus in Capricorn offering realistic solutions.
On the evening of November 19, Pluto arrives in Aquarius for twenty years to transform intuitive insights into a foundation of spiritual guidance and support from within to evolve and enlighten oneself into a state of Oneness with the awareness and evidence that we are all from the same Source.

The celestial week of November 11, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in alchemical Scorpio illuminating an opportunity to reveal the mysteries of venturing down a sacred pathway of new possibilities and opportunities. Mars, the daily manager of Scorpio is currently positioned in Leo highlighting the power to do so with courageous actions to assert one’s independence from social, inhibiting constraints. Whereas, Pluto the transcendental CEO of Scorpio is finishing up a long sojourn in Capricorn with mastery control before it moves into eccentric, inventive, and intuitive Aquarius for the next twenty years!
The caveat is that the Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo have a natural tendency to square off with stubborn resistance if either feels that their position is not respected, that can have the effect of putting out the fire and the actions needed to keep it going! Fortunately, Pluto holds the power behind Scorpio and is opposing Mars in Leo, so this round goes to the Sun!
As the Sun travels through Scorpio symbolizing the power of transformation, the Earth resides in steadfast Taurus offering fleeting opportunities to ground values relative to the quality of life and the freedom to explore and enjoy it with others.
Meanwhile, the Moon has slipped into the oceanic waters of Pisces to assist the Sun in Scorpio to release a dam of repressed emotions regarding childhood and family experiences. The celestial week of November 4, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally intense Scorpio illuminating a powerful urge to create one’s vision relative to the purpose of the current new moon cycle in Scorpio, by thinking quickly and making momentary decisions with the awareness of taking responsibility for the outcomes.
Mars in Cancer and Pluto in Capricorn are the co-rulers of Scorpio respectively, and have just entered into an illuminating phase concerning a foundation of emotional security and the power of career stability that may require win/win solutions to achieve the necessary balance to move forward.
Now that the powers that be each have a place at the table, Mars has moved into kingly Leo with a fired-up attitude geared toward charismatic actions to rule the day, cooperative solutions may become unlikely if the king doesn’t get his way! While there may be blustering outbursts that get attention, it may also be the beginning of a fall from grace when Mars goes retrograde on December 6, 2024. Whereas, powerful Pluto in authoritative Capricorn is quietly biding its time before it sweeps the chessboard with a final checkmate position with real power!
In the early hours of November 5, the Moon goes void-of-course at twenty-eight degrees in a challenging encounter with Neptune retrograde in Pisces suggesting that the quest for the expression of emotional freedom is at odds with unconscious illusions that appear to threaten that freedom. The caveat is that the Moon will be void-of-course when the polls open for final voting in the US presidential election. The traditional astrological signature of the moon void of course when something starts is that “nothing comes from it.”
However the moon was void-of-course when President Obama took the oath of office in 2008, and what did not come from it was a potential economic crisis of another great depression as the economy teetered on the edge of a catastrophic collapse, additional wars were not launched, and the Affordable Care Act was enacted providing health insurance coverage to 94% of American citizens.
Therefore, the polls open under an emotionally charged Moon in Sagittarius that may feel like there is no end in sight for the challenges the country currently faces, regardless of who becomes president. However, the polls close with the Moon in authoritative Capricorn presupposing that emotional order is restored with individuals getting an emotional grip of leadership with an awareness of who is truly in charge at the end of the day.
As the Moon continues to travel through Capricorn a somber emotional climate permeates the atmosphere relative to an ability to demonstrate personal responsibility for behavioral actions regardless of opinions and beliefs relative to the political drama unfolding. Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn is currently retrograde in nebulous Pisces with an opportunity to dissolve perceived limitations of separation based on illusions without a foundation of reality.
On the afternoon of November 6, the Sun reaches the fifteenth degree of Scorpio announcing the disseminating solar phase of the current solar cycle begun at the Spring Equinox in 2024. The disseminating phase is one of sharing the current harvest received with others so that all have the opportunity to thrive, instead of just surviving. Thus, the next forty-five days are ripe to share the bountiful harvest provided by Spirit with gratitude for the gifts received.
Shortly after sunrise on November 7, Mercury bounces into the shadow of its upcoming retrograde cycle with a preview of the coming circumstances and events that will begin to unwind on November 25 until December 15 when Mercury goes direct in Sagittarius. At this time of year, this particular Mercury retrograde may likely affect the holiday season with the theme of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas (1) until December 15, when the shopping frenzy takes on a life of its own!
Shortly after sunset, the Moon shifts from responsible Capricorn into erratic Aquarius with a flash of emotional detachment of freedom as the workweek unwinds toward the weekend to recharge emotional batteries before the holiday season begins to claim weekends with celebrations, shopping, and festivities that could lead to mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion before the holidays arrive!

The celestial week of October 28, 2024, begins on a positive omen of divine encouragement as the Sun rises in powerful, transformative Scorpio highlighting an opportunity to experience the easy fulfillment of hopes and dreams.
However, divine encouragement is attributed to the formation of the Star of David between the positions of Mars in Cancer, Moon in Virgo, Mercury in Scorpio, Uranus retrograde in Taurus, Neptune retrograde in Pisces, and Pluto in Capricorn. This suggests the emergence of higher and lower dimensions, enabling one to connect to the Divine path of spiritual evolution.
The astrological signs that comprise the Star are feminine symbolizing the elements of water and earth as a nurturing energy. The Star points upward and downward in a triangular alignment intersecting one another to emphasize the Hermetic axion, “As Above, So Below.”
Whereas, the planets represent a combination of inner and outer consciousness representing emotional actions (Mars in Cancer), emotional intellect (Moon in Virgo), subconscious mental actions (Mercury in Scorpio), the breakthrough of earthly values for spiritual freedom (Uranus retrograde in Taurus), unconscious spiritual transcendence of separation leading to Oneness (Neptune retrograde in Pisces), through the power of transformation (Pluto in Capricorn).
While this configuration is but a moment in time it is a powerful moment to align one’s awareness with the message of a Higher Power that has ‘got this’.

A key to becoming consciously aware of arguing for those limitations without the knowledge and information to support them, so that new ideas can be considered without bias or prejudices.
Just before the day ends, the Moon glides into charming Libra to smooth over the challenges of the day with emotional savvy to soothe the ragged edges with caring compassion, and a listening ear.

The celestial week of October 21, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in graceful, diplomatic Libra illuminating an opportunity to consciously transfer knowledge, information, beliefs, and ideals from one mind to another through the art of socially and politically correct communication.
Venus, the social guide of Libra is currently bouncing off the walls in exuberant Sagittarius supporting the transfer with enthusiasm, wisdom, and the strength of freedom to express the joy of connecting with others the power to create the vision of a personal model of the world by transforming emotions with congruent actions.

The celestial week of October 14, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in symmetrical Libra illuminating an opportunity to balance the scales of relating by nourishing souls with simple gestures. The caveat is that Mars in Cancer challenged the Sun in Libra before sunrise with an emotional reminder to include oneself in the act of nourishing others to maintain the balance that Libra requires to be harmonious.
Whereas, Venus the CEO of Libra is moving through powerful Scorpio with the desire and freedom to live one’s life on their terms. Yet, a conundrum exists in that Venus in Scorpio does not easily allow the freedom from partners to enjoy the desired quality of life without resistance.
Meanwhile, the Moon is surfing the oceanic waters of Pies with an opportunity to sail through emotional difficulties with the faith of new opportunities on the horizon manifesting desires with positive seeds of intention. The caveat is that Mercury the planet symbolizing consciousness has just slithered into subconscious Scorpio with a desire to get to the root cause of hidden beliefs that unconsciously self-sabotage potential opportunities with negative emotions and limiting decisions. Hence, the next few weeks are conducive to facing the shadow within and embracing it with a depth of personal truth about oneself so the light can shine through the shadows with the power of transformation.
Later in the evening, Venus in Scorpio opposes Uranus retrograde in Taurus, illuminating projections made about others relative to self-values, resources, and relating, reflecting subconscious feelings and values about oneself. Planetary oppositions illuminate what is projected outward onto others, environmental concerns, politics, religion, beliefs, etc as a means to see what one cannot see about oneself. As in the saying, wherever you go, there you are, implying that one cannot escape themselves. Therefore, the value of this planetary opposition is an opportunity to own experiences with others as valuable information to transform the value of oneself.
The emotional climate shifts significantly on the afternoon of October 15, as the Moon may accidentally set an emotional fire with reckless actions, stinging words, and erratic behaviors as it speeds into Aries! The caveat with an Aries fire is that it flares up quickly and then dies down unless you pour gas on it! So actions without value for others may trigger a minor incident of frustration into a raging war of wills!

The celestial week of October 7, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in harmonious Libra illuminating an opportunity to establish a sense of balance through the realization that life is a cycle of cosmic rhythms with a systematic season of ebbs and flows.
In early cultures, the Sun was and is personified as a reliable form of energy that rose in the morning and went down in the evening. In those times, it brought order to chaos. Even now, some believe that the Sun will rise and set every day, although they may not believe in anything else. While it is a simplistic perception of reality, it is also a true demonstration of reliability.
Venus is the queenly ruler of Libra and is symbolized by the scales of balance, mediation, cooperation, and fairness. However, Venus is currently treading the emotional waters of Scorpio as it subconsciously turns over every rock to determine what is hidden and repressed to achieve that balance. The caveat is that Scorpio’s energy is very powerful as it swirls beneath the surface of deep emotions with the ability to either transform or destroy what is revealed. A key to transforming those emotional revelations lies in releasing them in a structured process as a dam releases water in a measured flow, instead of holding them in until the dam bursts.
Meanwhile, the Moon is moving through optimistic and expansive Sagittarius with an emotional opportunity to open one’s heart to a respectful commitment of love without losing one’s identity in the process. Sagittarius is a bit of a gambler with the attitude you can’t win if you don’t play, along with the caveat, don’t bet on what you can’t afford to lose!
In the early hours of October 9, Jupiter the King of Sagittarius is going retrograde in Gemini until February 4, 2025, with the caveat that expansive projects and plans relative to hopes, wishes, and dreams may need to be reviewed and reconsidered until then. The signature of this planetary retrograde may be one of major miscommunications leading to misunderstandings due to erroneous information being disseminated without regard for factual evidence.
In short, it may resemble a Mercury retrograde on steroids! Thus, travel in all forms may be unreliable, communication devices can be affected with outages, and cable and internet connections may go up and down without notice, so time to go old school with a backup supply of stamps, pens, and pencils, paper, and morse code if you know it!
Shortly after, the Moon enters authoritative Capricorn with a serious emotional attitude regarding career goals, long-term commitments, and business matters. Saturn, the CEO of Capricorn is still retrograde in Pisces so there may be a sense of overwhelm and a need to temporarily escape the responsibilities of feeling like you have to take care of everything at the same time, all the time.
The co-rulers Pisces are of no assistance, as Jupiter is retrograde in Gemini and Neptune is retrograde in Pisces and they are all at cross purposes with one another anyway. Thus, now is a good time to prioritize what is necessary and put the rest on the back burner until Saturn goes direct in November.
The emotional climate shifts on October 11, as the Moon streaks into emotionally detached Aquarius with a “whatever” attitude relative to self-values, relationships, and resources! Saturn in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus are the co-rulers of Aquarius and both are retrograde, so there is no one available to stop the ruckus that the Moon in Aquarius is capable of! The key to avoiding the potential fall-out of consequences related to unpredictable emotional behavior is to be unavailable when someone suggests excitability, “Hey, I’ve got a good idea”!
Pluto does go direct in Capricorn in the afternoon, so there is an authoritative presence paying attention before the potential of chaotic events gets out of hand!

The celestial week of September 30, 2024, begins with the Sun rising in diplomatic Libra illuminating an opportunity to leave the confront and security of socially acceptable values behind to determine independent values more in alignment with personal desires, with the awareness that a home fire burns during its absence to come back to.
Venus, the queenly ruler of Libra is moving stealthily through powerful Scorpio to repair damages to resources and relationships with congruent actions that have the potential to balance the scales of
self-indulgence through the senses to overeat or overspend frivolously to soothe the savage beast of hidden emotional pain. The key is to seek assistance to cope with difficulties that might arise at this time of financial or health issues, instead of causing further pain to erase emotional pain.
Meanwhile, the moon is traveling through mental and physical health-conscious Virgo with a talent of bringing order to chaos through detailed analysis so now is an excellent time to tighten the belt literally and metaphorically.
As the Moon travels through the last half of Virgo, it is balsamic to the Sun in Libra, so there is celestial support to release the emotional past in preparation for the new beginnings of the solar eclipse in Libra on October 2, 2024!

In the early evening of October 1, the Moon follows the Sun and Mercury into Libra with an emotional opportunity to relate to oneself by the awareness that others are mirroring what is out of balance within. The Moon in Libra enjoys social relating as it seeks to know and understand itself through the perceptions of others. The key is to evaluate whether the perceptions of others are true for oneself or projections of themselves.

Fast forward to this eclipse in Libra and the focus shifts to the potential of experiencing that future by relating to oneself through the duality of being the student and professor in life, depending on the relative context. The celestial week of September 23, 2024, begins on the heels of the fall equinox when the Sun entered politically correct Libra illuminating an opportunity to harvest the seeds of intentions planted at the recent Spring Equinox. During this time of the yearly solar cycle, the quality of the harvest is demonstrated by whether the harvest will bear fruit depending on whether the seeds were fertilized with positive energy and cared for during the growing season. If not, then it is time to reevaluate the values of the seeds in the context of the investment of time, energy, and financial resources.
While the Sun in Libra is amicable to win/win solutions, it is ruled by Venus who has just slithered into tempestuous, take-no-prisoners Scorpio so while win/win solutions may be considered, it is the result and bottom line that Venus in Scorpio will adhere to. Mars and Pluto co-rule Scorpio, and with Mars in Cancer there may be an initial reaction to throw the baby out with the bathwater before gathering enough information to salvage the harvest. However, Pluto retrograde in Capricorn has the final say and will prefer to bid its time to see how it will unfold during the next forty-five days.
Meanwhile, the Moon is traveling through quicksilver Gemini with an emotional desire to exchange views with like-minded individuals to access available options and connections. Whereas, the CEO of Gemini is Mercury positioned in analytical Virgo with the power to sway the masses with misinformation that the Moon gathers in Gemini that may appear factual, but isn’t, and will have the Moon in Gemini ruing the day when Mercury in Virgo discovers it has been misled!
The lunar climate changes from light-hearted emotional bantering to sensitive and caring as the Moon wades into Cancer under the veil of deep subconscious emotions. The Moon’s first interaction is favorable with Venus in Scorpio as an opportunity to confide vulnerable feelings about others occurs, followed by emotional challenges with the Sun in Libra over relationships and resources later in the afternoon.
Before the Sun rises on September 25, the Moon and Mars unite in Cancer and may start the day off with emotional reactions that can either heal issues or instigate them with careless words and actions. To compound the energy interactions, Mercury in Virgo wakes up with a list of investigative questions about suspicious relationship behaviors to confirm or dismiss information received from elusive sources.

The caveat is that Venus is the queenly ruler of Libra and is positioned in laser-sharp Scorpio, so transparency is the key to aligning agendas with powerful allies. Otherwise, the ship will sink before it can set sail!
Later in the evening, the Moon strides into confident Leo with charming charisma to sweep others off their feet with warm-hearted emotional expressions of love and kindness until the early hours of September 27, when it crosses the path of Venus in Scorpio!
