The celestial week of February 2nd, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in futuristic Aquarius, illuminating an opportunity to cut through extraneous detail or obstacles with persistent shortcuts to realize goals if necessary. Saturn, the daily planetary channel for the energy of Aquarius, is sitting at the last degree of Pisces, encouraging the Sun in Aquarius to take a single vision and turn it into many individual channels of manifestation. While Jupiter, the daily opportunist of Pisces, is retrograde in Cancer and more inclined to feel it is important to nourish repetitive cycles and concerns, rather than chase the future. The silent monkeywrench in the works this week may be that Uranus, the evolutionary ruler of Aquarius, turns direct this week, and then all bets are off!

Meanwhile, the Moon is striding through fierce Leo to demonstrate who and what is worthy of attention and affection. The illumination of the full moon phase indicates potential clashes between friends and like-minded others who have dared to offend the Lion with a transgression of boundaries. While the Moon in Leo is warm-hearted and generous with a fiery nature, it will stand its ground with dignified pride and a roar of courage that does not back down.  Thus, it is during this full moon energy that relationships are no longer tested for worthiness. They are now dismissed without reconciliation.

Before the day ends, the Moon moves quietly into crafty Virgo to mend emotional fences with detailed apologies for closing the lines of communication with uncaring interactions. As the Virgo Moon’s first planetary interaction is with Neptune in Aries, it meets with no success. Neptune in Aries is learning how to establish boundaries regarding personal hopes, wishes, and dreams, so its instinct is to disappear without explanation. The Moon in Virgo will then have to contend with the icy detachment of Pluto, Mars, Venus, Mercury, and the Sun, who have closed ranks in Aquarius, as they are no longer interested in the drama.

On the afternoon of February 3rd, the Sun reaches 15 degrees of Aquarius, shifting the energy of the current solar cycle of 2025-2026 to the balsamic phase and a time of letting go of the intentions seeded at the last spring equinox. As such, the Sun is shining a light on what is working and what isn’t. The ironic quality of the next 45 days is that as intentions are released to a higher power with faith, while at the same time choosing the seeds of new intentions at the spring equinox. The caveat is that the seeds are chosen intellectually for the first 15 days and then unconsciously chosen for the remaining 30 days through positive or negative emotions, behaviors, limited decisions, beliefs, and communication. Thus, it is important to be extremely conscious of what you are consciously and unconsciously creating with individual choices.

Later in the evening, Uranus moves forward in Taurus! Therefore, now is not the time to be waving red flags at the bull regarding financial resources, relationships, or career goals. Uranus in Taurus is managed by Venus, and while Venus is in Aquarius, there is a possibility that challenges can be worked out fairly.  Although pushing the envelope with agendas will only be met with a charging energy of chaos! Both Uranus in Taurus and Venus in Aquarius can be equally stubborn, so Saturn in Pisces may be called upon to mediate different opinions.

In the early hours of February 5th, the lunar energy shifts favorably as the Moon slips into peace-loving Libra, potentially offering solutions in the dream state to restore equilibrium in relationships with respect for the perspective of others. However, as the Moon initially interacts with Neptune in Aries, emotions and actions require a mutual agreement to work together for a successful outcome.

The caveat is that Saturn in Pisces is also exactly opposing the degree of the solar eclipse that was in Virgo on September 21, 2025, so responsible commitments for what was chosen then are illuminated now, to determine if the structures being built will last over the next 30 years. 

Upon awakening, Mercury in Aquarius challenges Uranus inTaurus to get the ball rolling with communication relative to unexpected changes on the home front. The key is to be open to unique and innovative solutions with values respective to hopes, wishes, and dreams, without getting stuck during the process with an unwillingness to budge or a need to be right on all points.

On the afternoon of February 6th, Mercury drifts into the never-never lands of Pisces with a conscious-unconscious desire for relief from the unpredictability of the future indicated currently by the Sun, Pluto, Mars, and Venus in Aquarius. The key lies in understanding that all the information needed to move forward has suddenly become unavailable through regular methods of accessibility. It is also about learning to trust that you already know what is needed, even if it seems elusive. Meditation, dreams, and hypnosis are tools that can help clarify the direction through the ongoing mental fog.
