The celestial week of April 20, 2026, begins with the sun rising and down-to-earth persevering Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to reset relationships and resources by choosing a course of values and then not deviating from it. Taurus energy is calm, gentle, and moves slowly until it is ready to move, so the next 30 days require patience to accomplish one’s purpose and values.

Venus is the queenly ruler of Taurus and is currently positioned in Taurus, conjunct the fixed star Algol, suggesting an intense protective energy to get the value of one’s message across with powerful actions of empowerment.

Whereas Mars, the planetary warrior of actions, is in Aries, and is moving behind the scenes with a steadfast momentum as flashes of information and inspiration drive actions quickly to accomplish long-term goals. However, Saturn is also in Aries and can slow down the impulsiveness of Mars in Aries to act without thinking, courtesy of Mercury in Aries!

Meanwhile, the Moon is flying through Gemini with solid information and connections to stand up for oneself and refuse to be a scapegoat for mistakes due to misunderstandings. 

The lunar climate shifts significantly at high noon on April 21st as the Moon wades into the emotional pond of Cancer, stirring up friendships gently with supportive caring that ripples out into empathetic waves. While the Moon in Cancer has support from the Sun, Venus, Uranus, and Jupiter in Cancer, it will be greatly appreciated as Saturn, Mars, Mercury, and Chiron challenge emotional peace with impulsive commitments, actions, communication, and self-inflicted wounds of abandonment or rejection. Therefore, boundaries may likely be crossed abruptly, creating a pressure cooker emotional environment of reactions. 

On the afternoon of April 23rd, the Moon dons an emotional crown of pride and glory as it embraces Leo with a grandiose attitude of egotistical superiority, causing a stir of conflicts within an environment of calmness with the Sun, Venus, and Uranus in Taurus,  which may precipitate a financial whiplash due to incongruent values.

However, if the Moon in Leo arrives with a heartfelt display of unpredictable generosity, the tables of financial windfalls may be tipped in favor and encouraged by Neptune, Saturn, Mars, and Chiron in Aries to take risks that could pay off in gold! The caveat lies in whether the choices are made by a true leader or masquerading as one.

Later in the evening, the proof of the pudding will be demonstrated as Venus and Uranus unite in Taurus for the last time in 84 years. This is indicative of a potential financial shift relative to land, real estate, and relationships that begin or end suddenly without warning. Thus, relationships, partnerships, and financial values must be on the same page regarding the values of simplicity to ride out unpredictable changes on the horizon.

Before the day ends, Venus moves into chatty, flirty Gemini with a message to lighten up daily routines with humor and fun. Gemini is quite mischievous, so innocent pranks may help break up the intensity of recent financial or relationship upheavals.

The celestial week of April 6, 2026, begins with the Sun rising in assertive take-action Aries, illuminating an opportunity to loosen up emotional blockages to receive the fullness and fertility of an abundant harvest by waiting for the right time to handle a situation with a presence of individual power.

The Sun in Aries is also asserting its presence as it squares Jupiter in Cancer, suggesting that the handling of emotional challenges relative to home and family can open doors of small and steady beginnings that lead to an abundant harvest. This is a third-quarter square, indicating that responsible actions are the key to resolving conflicts or challenges from the new cycle of the Sun and Jupiter, which began June 25, 2025.

Mars is the CEO of Aries and is finishing up a visit in Pisces, an ocean of unconscious emotion, stirring up any blockages that have the illusion of emotional power before it races into its home turf of Aries this week.  

Meanwhile, the Moon in Sagittarius is more than supportive of transforming emotions into power to move forward and manifest desires into reality. The key is to observe preconceived limitations present in feelings, thoughts, and beliefs regarding self-values and worth, and expand beyond them by letting them go with gratitude for how they have served you in the past, yet are no longer required to achieve the highest good of the soul. 

On the morning of April 8, the Moon moves into authoritative Capricorn with a business attitude demanding accountability for the lack of required actions by Neptune and Saturn in Aries to bring the vision of desired outcomes into manifestation. While there may be authentic reasons for the delays, the Moon is not impressed by them as it challenges each Neptune and Saturn to find immediate solutions.

April 9 starts off with Mercury leaving the shadow of the retrograde cycle begun February 11, in spiritual Pisces, with mental and emotional clarity about taking the next steps and direction to bring the vision of one’s dream into reality behind the scenes. 

Later in the afternoon, Mars accelerates into Aries to kick off the desires of the spring Equinox and the next few weeks into motion regarding personal desires relative to financial resources and intimate relationships. The nature of Mars in Aries is immediate and is tempered with assertive actions or anger that quickly escalates to rage. Thus, the key to getting the best mileage from Mars in Aries is to take independent actions with an awareness of their responsibility and results, instead of reacting with childish tantrums and unrestrained consequences. This is also a time when road rage incidents can happen quickly, spinning situations out of control with no warning.

Just before the day ends, the Moon in Capricorn challenges the Sun in Aries in a third quarter square about financial expenditures for personal desires that aren’t in the budget and is seeking actions of responsibility to ensure it does not happen again.

In the early evening hours of March 10th, the Moon streaks to unpredictable Aquarius with emotional detachment about taking immediate actions, without the authority to do so in the work environment and daily routines, yet impacting those who have to work with them or around them. While those taking the actions without approval or going through the proper channels now, they may experience a harsh backlash as Mars unites with Neptune, Saturn, and the Sun in Aries beginning April 13th through May 4th. Therefore, the key is to drive toward individual goals in your lane, refusing to take anything personal because it isn’t, and to take actions as the authority in your life with assertiveness.
