 The celestial week of August 24, 2026 begins with the sun rising in methodical, conscious Virgo, illuminating an opportunity to contemplate following a mystic path with hope and faith in a brighter future. While Mercury, the CEO of Virgo, is traveling through charismatic Leo into a new way of being through the heart of unconscious transformation taking place in the dreaming state.

The Sun’s position in Virgo is qualified as hard-working due diligence to achieve a state of perfection. Upon its initial entry into Virgo, it has its work cut out as it forms a yod configuration with Neptune retrograde in Aries and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. As the Sun in Virgo seeks logical solutions to the purpose of conscious communication that Neptune retrograde in Aries is passively impatient with, and that Pluto retrograde in Aquarius finds redundant.

Thus the Sun’s first order of business is to adjust the attitudes of passive-aggressive behaviors with emotional frustration and lack of progress regarding the immediate fulfillment of desired goals, as well as unexpected scheduling changes without adequate preparation, which is getting on its last nerve.

On August 25th, the emotional landscape shifts abruptly as the Moon bolts into Aquarius on a wing and a prayer, disrupting daily routines, air travel, and anything else it takes the mind to. The first emotional occurrence is with Chiron in Taurus relative to career values that may have a foundation in self-abandonment, whom the Moon enlists Venus in Libra to handle with diplomatic grace.

Afterwards, the Moon engages the Sun in Virgo, Pluto retrograde in Aquarius,  and Neptune retrograde in Aries around their ongoing tension regarding attitude adjustments of the Sun to communicate values clearly regarding resources and relationships to clear up any misunderstandings with efficient clarity.

The caveat is that Mars is currently moving through Cancer with a heightened sensitivity to emotional detachment, so feelings can get hurt unnecessarily with emotional detachment before the day is over. Minutes later, Mercury in Leo opposes the north node in Aquarius with a heartfelt message about unique relationships that feel fated regarding hopes, wishes, and dreams.

Those messages may come through dreams as a mental download of information. Then, before the Sun comes up, Mercury moves into analytical Virgo with linguistic precision to cut through the chase with details concerning personal desires and the direction those desires are headed. 

During the lunch hour on August 27th, Mercury and the Sun unite at five degrees of Virgo with a message relative to the lunar eclipse before the day ends. The nature of the message lies in attuned minds perceiving subtle messages with discernment of their validity relative to career goals and how to achieve the success of them.

A couple of hours later, the Moon drifts into elusive emotionally romantic Pisces with an emotional message to communicate feelings consciously regarding visions and dreams, leaving no room for misunderstandings or the actions necessary to utilize them.

Before the day ends a lunar eclipse occurs between the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces as a reflection of the solar eclipse of August 12th, and the cooperation required between the purpose of the Sun in Virgo to consciously communicate information received by attuned minds perceiving subtle phenomenon from the depths of the unconscious mind through exchanges of spiritual knowledge, to take advantage of a creative purpose relative to career goals during the next six months. 

This eclipse is challenged by Uranus in Gemini to consider the inherent challenges of the pursuit of spiritual or material wealth. In the early hours of August 28th, Mercury in Virgo squares off with Uranus in Gemini over the message of values regarding hopes, wishes, and dreams for the future for an analytical perspective on what is real and doable, and what is being sold as a slick presentation without merit. This is a third quarter square requiring responsible actions to ensure the manifestation of the hopes, wishes, and dreams.

By the early evening, the Sun reaches the degree of Virgo, illuminating tension-filled challenges that begin the day about financial investments required to move forward to take advantage of huge collaborative opportunities. The key to moving through the challenges lies in being prepared with reliable data instead of relying on word-of-mouth promises.
