The celestial week of June 23, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in emotionally charged Cancer, illuminating an opportunity to preserve and progress slowly to regain a feeling of security that comes from within instead of external circumstances.
As the Sun shines its light upon the emotional waters of Cancer, the position of the Moon during the next few weeks will reflect the emotional fluctuating temperature every two and a half days, depending on the element of energy that the Moon is passing through and its lunar phase to the Sun.
As the Moon moves through a fire sign, tempers may flare without warning, road rage may occur out of nowhere, emotional feelings are more impulsive and demonstrative, while actions can occur quickly, dramatically, or expansively.
When the Moon enters an earth sign, emotional feelings are guided and grounded through practicality, reasonability, and self-values relative to financial resources, career goals, ambitions, and power, with an attitude of cut and dry, make the most of what you have, and then make more!
As the Moon flies through an air sign, feelings are qualified through mental communication, equality, and detachment, with a need for emotional space and the room to change one’s mind quickly as the moment dictates!
When the Moon takes a dip in water, feelings are more sensitive, vulnerable, and psychic, which is experienced through caretaking, intensely hidden behind a calm exterior, or unconsciously about home, family, children, and emotional security.
As the Moon breezes through airy Gemini, it reflects a need to speak one’s mind about feelings precipitated by recent news events, as a way to process the potential implications of the unknown. The caveat is that the Moon in Gemini is fleeting and lighthearted, so if conversation gets too heavy, it will fly off quickly to emotionally distract from it.
The current lunar phase of the Sun in Cancer and the Moon in Gemini is balsamic, offering an opportunity to release emotional concerns about security, negative emotions, and limiting decisions that may be unconsciously surfacing or triggered.
Before the Sun rose in Cancer this morning, it squared off with Neptune in Aries with a sizzling challenge to take actions based on emotions without knowing the outcome. If it feels familiar, it is due to the escalating tension of a water planet in a fire sign, and the Sun in a water sign, which neither is comfortable in!
The caveat is that there doesn’t appear to be a way through the steamy stress without setting something or someone off. Thus, it is easy to push the envelope without considering the repercussions. The key to treading the fires of change now is to practice the ability to emotionally respond instead of reacting without thinking. So count to three or ten, take a few deep breaths, speak slowly and quietly, or let silence and walking away provide the solution.
In the early hours of June 24, Mercury in Cancer squares off with Chiron in Aries as Mercury receives messages in dreams that may stir up unconscious wounds lurking beneath the surface, and that Chiron in Aries challenges Mercury to rip the band-aid off and get on with life. Easier said than done, as Mercury in Cancer is sensitive to reliving the past to be rid of it.
Later in the morning, the Sun and Jupiter unite in Cancer, highlighting an opportunity to stand up for oneself with a message of emotional clarity, and a desire to integrate Spirit, soul, and body, with the ability to fly off on one’s own in good time.
Before the day ends, the Moon wades into the emotional pond of Cancer to turn a corner relative to creativity, children, romance, and the inner child with caring and unconditional love. The lunar phase is still balsamic, providing an ideal opportunity to release the past in preparation for the new beginning at the new moon in Cancer.
In the early hours of June 25, the new moon cycle in Cancer arrives amid a flurry of planetary interactions on the cosmic menu of new beginnings and huge opportunities relative to home, family, and emotional security. However, the opportunities hinge on taking actions with mental clarity and handling unpredictable chaos with a detached attitude and adjustments.
The caveat is that the Sun, Moon, Jupiter, and Mercury may be feeling challenged by Neptune and Saturn in impetuous Aries, to take action without attachments to the outcomes. Cancer energy feels everything personally, and rising to the ability to detach emotionally is challenging in itself. The celestial week of June 16, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in dualistic Gemini, illuminating an opportunity to rest and recharge the mental batteries of consciousness in the calm before the dawn. Mercury, the CEO of curious Gemini, is currently flowing down the emotional stream of Cancer with a feeling of temporary fulfillment of the abundance of having plenty.
Meanwhile, the Moon is moving through unpredictable Aquarius to test the road worthiness of self-empowerment with emotional detachment, as it evaluates the positive and negative elements for dependability before it collides with the values of Uranus in Taurus before lunch, and confronts Mars in Leo after lunch!
Fortunately, the Moon shifts gears shortly after lunch when it drifts into elusive Pisces, and is more than ready to escape the drama trauma! The Moon’s first planetary encounter is favorable with Jupiter in Cancer, which may help soften the rough edges of Jupiter’s recent emotional challenges with the authority of Saturn in Aries!
In the early hours of June 17, Mars leaves the grandstanding stage of Leo as it ventures into meticulous, hardworking Virgo for the next few weeks. Mercury is the planetary manager of Virgo, and is floating in the emotional pond of Cancer with an opportunity to consciously communicate feelings from the depths of the unconscious realms of consciousness. Thus, dreams, hypnosis, and meditations may be the environment Mars in Virgo is working through and may promote healing of childhood or family experiences.
In the early evening of June 18, the emotional climate shifts quickly as the Moon races into impulsive Aries with an emotional attitude adjustment for Mars in Virgo, who may have unintentionally stepped on personal boundaries with a critical perception about the Moon’s tendency to emotionally react instead of respond to others without enough information. Wow! That’s only throwing gas on a fire that’s ready to ignite, as Saturn and Neptune stand by the Moon in Aries if push comes to shove! Later in the evening, Jupiter in Cancer may escalate the growing tension with Neptune in Aries into a challenging conflict by sharing unsolicited opinions over personal and sensitive issues. While Jupiter in Cancer means well, minor disagreements can expand into major conflicts if it attempts to have the last word! It’s like trying to put out an ocean of fire with a rainstorm, only to increase the temperature of the rain to a boiling point!
On the evening of June 20, the Moon quietly strolls into calm Taurus, offering an opportunity to take the edge off of the last couple of days with music, fine dining, and a gentle touch. As the Moon joins Venus and Uranus in Taurus, the next couple of days may feel like a soothing balm to the soul, as the ongoing mixture of air and fire keeps the emotional climate stirred up.

The celestial week of June 9, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in clever Gemini, illuminating an opportunity to tap collective knowledge and wisdom from ancient sources, to nourish and heal emotional wounds unconsciously received from family.
Mercury, the spokesperson for Gemini, has just entered the still emotional waters of Cancer with a message about announcing new standards relative to responsible emotional behaviors and forging a new direction for manifesting dreams into reality.
Before the Sun rose, Mercury in Cancer communicated its position about the seriousness of emotional well-being to achieve long-term success to Saturn in Aries, who hastily rejected the premise without taking due diligence actions, resulting in unnecessary challenges in a pressure cooker environment.
Meanwhile, the Moon is the emotional ruler of Cancer and is finishing up a visit in powerful Scorpio to plead one’s cause for complete transparency regarding work environment concerns that may be subconsciously affecting mental and emotional health. However, the Moon in Scorpio has one more hurdle to overcome as it opposes Uranus in Taurus, about hidden agendas detrimental to the unpredictable sustainment of values and success.
By midmorning, the Moon jumps into enthusiastic and expansive Sagittarius, which may blow the emotional energy out of proportion with suggestive limitations about values or ideas about individual desires! The caveat is that the Moon in Sagittarius quickly engages with Venus in Taurus and Mercury in Cancer in a dynamic yod configuration of sensitivity that calls for attitude adjustments to reel the emotional energy in, so that the values and ideas can be explored without personal projections.
Before lunch is finished, Venus in Taurus squares off with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius over creative differences that may be subconsciously based on financial concerns or a lack of perceived results. Thus, challenges may arise from Pluto’s detachment over the differences, which test the values and patience of Venus.
Just as the work day is about to end, another shift of energy occurs as Jupiter moves into sensitive Cancer for the next twelve months with a huge focus on families, food, nurturing, and reproductive issues on a larger-than-life scale, as a collective push back effort continues and escalates into an emotional rebellion about the freedom of choice.
Yet, even though Jupiter in Cancer delivers and faces attitude adjustments, and challenges with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, and Saturn and Neptune in Aries, it is aligned favorably with Mercury in Cancer and Venus in Taurus, so positive progress can be made if cooler heads prevail. The key is to be open to emotional shifts in energy every two and a half days, as the Moon rules Cancer, and emotions will be the catalyst to either respond or react to an ocean of changes throughout the next year.
After it appears that a long, emotionally challenging day is over, there may be one more gut punch as Mercury in Cancer delivers a message about taking unplanned actions based on emotions without knowing the outcome to challenge the authority of Saturn in Aries’ ability to be responsible when the going gets tough.
It’s not every week that the cosmic planetary players roll out the major shifts in energy in one day, so it may take a few days to sort it all out and get back on track with a routine.
On the evening of June 11, the Moon hunkers down in earthy Capricorn to ground the emotional pressure cooker energy with authoritative boundaries. While Venus and Uranus in Taurus lend support with strong resilience and patience to help settle down feelings of vulnerability and childish behaviors to get attention.
In the early hours of June 13, the Sun in mentally conscious Gemini squares off with the North Node in Pisces, with curiosity about the validity of unconscious emotions creating internal conflicts about making career decisions. The celestial week of June 2, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in intellectual Gemini, illuminating an opportunity to experience the rewards of being well-hearsed in one’s talent with the ability to know an audience and communicate specifically to them.
Mercury, the messenger of Gemini, is also traveling through Gemini as it transitions into maturity from the mischievous prankster to thinking with the higher mind. With this shift, Mercury can assist the Sun with shifting levels of consciousness and experiencing the empowerment of imparting the wisdom of experience.
The remaining planetary cast members support the process of becoming consciously aware of how to manifest personal desires with congruent values, actions, and attitudes to make responsible choices to expand and transform those desires into a greater quality of life.
Meanwhile, the Moon has just stepped into meticulous Virgo with an emotional list of priorities to organize ideas into action. However, the Moon in Virgo has its work cut out corraling the planets into an orderly manner as it initially interacts with the juvenile antics of Saturn and Neptune in Aries, followed by the unconscious demonstration of rebellion by Pluto retrograde in Aquarius! These planets are in a yod formation with the Moon, and are an energetic dynamic of potential opportunities along with attitude adjustments to experience their realization. The opportunities lie in Saturn and Neptune collaborating with Pluto by thinking out of the box with daredevil actions that may be hit or miss!
Yet the Moon in Virgo is not emotionally geared for hit or miss solutions, hence the forthcoming attitude adjustments to think it through carefully, formulate a plan, and test the theories before executing actions! By the time the Moon in Virgo has Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto settled down, the emotional energy of the Moon may be drained! It has a similar situation to the first day that school is not for the summer, so caregivers need a definite plan of authoritative actions of who is in control!
On the morning of June 4, the Moon glides into diplomatic Libra, so all bets are off as the Moon gracefully exercises the authority of a general in command of its troops! Everyone is lined up for an inspection and demonstration of a list of expected quality relative to fairness, kindness, and politeness extended to others for a smoothly run execution of activities, fun, and adventures! This example also applies to adult behaviors, with the awareness that the little ones are paying attention to whether they walk their talk!
On the evening of June 5, Mercury in Gemini squares off with the North Node in Pisces, with challenges between conscious communication of thoughts, which may trigger unconscious emotions and unresolved conflicts from the past. The covert blessing of this challenge is an opportunity to resolve internal conflicts by integrating what can be learned from the past, so the emotions can be released.
Fortunately, before the day ends, Venus settles down in calm, patient Taurus with an opportunity to make valuable connections relative to financial resources and relationships through creative communication! While it may be tempting to form partnerships now, it is advisable to take it slowly, as Pluto is retrograde in Aquarius and doesn’t always play by the same rules that Venus in Taurus expects.
As the Moon finishes up a politically correct visit in Libra on June 6, the emotional energy is primarily copasedic during the day. However, a display of emotional fireworks may ignite later in the evening as the Moon slips into powerfully intense Scorpio, opposing Venus in Taurus, and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius before the day ends! The Moon in Scorpio favors a strong characterization of dangerous emotional energy, so walking away from potential confrontations is the wisest choice in hair-trigger circumstances!

The celestial week of May 26, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in airy, versatile Gemini, illuminating an opportunity to pursue material or spiritual wealth, through conscious awareness that thoughts and language used positively and specifically are the tools to create a greater quality of life.
Mercury, the planet of consciousness, has just entered quicksilver Gemini with an opportunity to see a series of images flash in the mind associated with acquiring desires quickly! The key to experiencing success with the energy of Gemini lies in the ability to remain focused on the desires to the exclusion of the distractions of shiny things!
While the Sun and Mercury breeze through Gemini, they are currently aligned with Saturn and Neptune in Aries, with an opportunity to give form to thoughts qualified with the preface of, “I AM.” The caveat is that all thoughts prefaced with I AM are given form, so the duality of Gemini works with either negative or positive statements!
Both Saturn and Neptune have just taken up a lengthy residence in Aries, indicating an opportunity to experience heaven on earth, aided by Mars, the CEO of Aries in Leo! The cosmic week of May 19, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in steadfast Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to discern the quality of values about relating one has with oneself and others. If the quality of those values is incongruent, there is a likelihood of attracting conflicts with others to mirror them in the relationship to repair the soul. As the incongruency itself suggests, there are internal issues that are unconsciously projected onto others.
Venus is the planetary agent of relating and is moving through impatient Aries full steam ahead with the temptation to cross boundaries in friendships relevant to hopes and wishes, with spontaneous demonstrations of joy! The caveat is that impulsive actions that infringe on the boundaries of others may be perceived as a red flag of unconscious disrespect. The key is to utilize the positive energy flowing between Venus in Aries and Mars, the planet of action, in charismatic Leo, to align personal values with heartfelt actions, to communicate a genuine appreciation for the contribution of others with clarity.
Meanwhile, the Moon is flying through detached Aquarius with the emotional determination to be in charge and control of career goals relative to hopes and wishes, congruent values, and a concrete manifestation of one’s ideals.
However, the Moon in Aquarius opposes Mars in Leo, so any attempts to control the process with grandiose or dramatic actions may lead to conflicts and confrontations. The celestial week of May 12, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in slow-moving, pragmatic Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to switch gears and transcend worries through spiritual awareness; metaphorically symbolized as a white dove flying straight and fearlessly over troubled waters. (1)
Venus, the guiding light of Taurus, is forging through the fires of Aries with a renewed sense of self-values and the ability to adjust and enforce boundaries continually to outside forces. Meanwhile, Mars, the warrior of Aries, is shining in Leo, with actions to rise above superficiality into receptivity and peace with others.
Whereas, the Moon is slithering through Scorpio’s emotional swamps, preparing to reveal mysterious secrets under the illumination of the full moon later in the morning. Once the full moon occurs with the Moon in Scorpio opposing the Sun in Taurus, repressed, intense emotions may be a catalyst to seek a balance relative to personal finances versus joint resources, emotional security versus insecurity, and relationship values to dispel manipulation, jealousy, control, and power plays regarding independent freedoms.
The caveat is that Uranus is aligned with the Sun in Taurus and may contribute a stubborn defiance to feeling pushed into cooperation with the idea of finding a happy medium. While the Moon in Scorpio is favored by Saturn in Pisces, with an emotional upper hand to force a showdown!
Fortunately, Uranus in Taurus and Saturn in Pisces have the authority to strongly recommend solutions with politically correct authority that appeals to both parties’ values and desires!
However, another hiccup occurs shortly after when Mercury in Taurus and Pluto in Aquarius square off, when potential challenges arise between humanitarian and financial values, suggesting a need for appropriate mediation. The compromising point between Mercury in Taurus and Pluto in Aquarius lies in Pisces with the spiritual principle of giving and receiving.
In the early hours of May 13, all emotional bets are on the line as the Moon gallops into freedom-loving Sagittarius at full speed for a full investigation about current circumstances regarding the separation of children and families. Jupiter, the king of Sagittarius and the representative of the Justice system, is positioned in communicative Gemini with a lot to say about what is legal and what is not!

The cosmic week of May 5, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in sturdy, earthy Taurus, illuminating a valuable opportunity to try a new approach to communicate one’s message in an innovative and creative way.
The Sun also reached the fifteenth degree of Taurus shortly after midnight on May 5, indicating a significant shirt in solar energy until June 20, when the Summer Solstice occurs. The current solar shift is the crescent phase in the yearly cycle begun at the Spring Equinox, and is a valuable opportunity to gather information to fertilize the seeds of intentions planted then relative to financial security, relationships, and self-values.
Venus is the planetary ruler of Taurus and has just returned to fiery Aries with a renewed sense of self-values to live life large and stand by one’s self. While Mars, the CEO of Aries is moving back through Leo with a desire to breath life into creative visions. Fortunately, the feminine and masculine representatives of the current energy is working together harmoniously to experience hopes and wishes with a passionate intensity of a heart warming fire!

The celestial week of April 28, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in values-conscious Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to experience the rebirth of Spirit through faith and the hope of happiness and goodwill of people to one another. Venus, the feminine ruler of Taurus, and the overseer of values, relationships, and finances, is in Pisces, encouraging the opportunity by taking a single vision and turning it into many streams relative to the realization of hopes and wishes. Whereas Jupiter, the daily opportunist of Pisces, seeks to gain a greater share of the harvest through its agent Mercury in Aries, to take actions with charismatic Mars in Leo to get the show off the ground!
The caveat is that Mercury in Aries is fired up to step on the gas and may not have enough information, which could lead to valuable lessons of self-restraint!
Meanwhile, the Moon is moving steadily through Taurus with emotional inspiration to seize the momentum of the new moon cycle in Taurus to bring light and air to everything possible, inside and out, in the spirit of renewal. The Moon in Taurus also has the support of the Sun and Uranus in Taurus, Saturn and Venus in Pisces, to simplify priorities relative to stability, longevity, vision, and execution.
Shortly after midnight on April 29, the Moon glides into curious Gemini seeking information from various sources about childhood memories and family dynamics. Mercury, the planetary communicator, is the supervisor in charge of Gemini and is speeding through Aries, so if information does not come quickly, the Moon in Gemini is off to engage with other planetary sources, similar to a butterfly flitting swiftly from flower to flower! The first in line is Pluto in Aquarius, so inquiries may trigger the secretive nature of Pluto to respond with detachment or feign not knowing. Afterwards, the Moon in Gemini heads to Neptune in Aries but cannot gain the clarity desired or becomes bored with Neptune’s lack of details. Finally, the Moon in Gemini chooses to play cloak and dagger with Mars in Leo, and the inquisition is over! Did the Moon in Gemini want answers, or was it just playing a game? Regardless, it is over it, and off to new shenanigans!
Just before lunch on April 30. Venus races back into Aries to pick up where it left off in mid-March, when it retrograded back into Pisces. So if you thought that was going on then, is over, think again! It has been on the back burner since then, being slowly stirred by changing emotions, and is now coming to a full boil! Thus, relationships and joint resources may be in for a bumpy ride filled with drama and trauma behind the scenes courtesy of Mars in bold Leo!
In the early hours of May 1, the Moon wades into the emotional pond of Cancer to create a space of comfort and peace from the emotional chatter it senses from everything and everyone. It is similar to the character in the movie, The Green Mile, who could feel what others felt, and how difficult it was for him to process. The cosmic week of April 21, 2025, begins with the Sun rising in gentle, earthy Taurus, illuminating an opportunity to receive brilliant flashes of insights, revealing a path out of confusion through clarity. Venus is the queenly ruler of Taurus and is currently sailing on an ocean of emotion in spiritual Pisces with an unconscious message that may come through early morning dreams or meditation, to apply talents in different directions with congruent self-values.
Meanwhile, Jupiter, the daily opportunistic CEO of Pisces, is traveling through mental Gemini, affirming that everything is provided for to move forward with encouragement by Mercury in Aries, to utilize your creative imagination to accelerate the momentum of Mars in Leo! Mercury also leaves the shadow of the recent retrograde cycle with a green light of forward movement on April 26!
However, a challenging dynamic energy occurs between the Sun in Taurus, Mars in Leo, and Pluto in Aquarius as they are at cross purposes relative to control and power. Each planet is a force to be reckoned with, and they are positioned in astrological signs that are unwilling to budge an inch!
